Parra played like absolute garbage but I didn’t think the cowboys were overly impressive either. Completed 26/44 at 59% it’s not very common to win a game completing like that. They won the game with their defense, especially holding out when they were under siege the first 20 minutes, and being the first to score was huge. But for Parra to get beaten 29-0 by a side completing at 59%, could be worst preliminary final performance ever.
No Nathan Hindmarsh was the difference here but when you look at the '05 Eels team, they might have talented players but they don't have that kind of player in a game that mattered most.
