NS Design Violin and Cello: WAV vs NXTa vs CR 

Thanks for sharing. A friendly suggestion: when comparing instruments better to play the same notes, chords with the same velocity and dynamic otherwise it is very difficult to understand the differences. We already loose some quality of the sound in youtube and it is difficult to apply exactly the same amount of bowing and pressure On the strings so at least use the same “Melody”example for all the instruments 🙂

The issue with this great demo is the CR has a lot more possible tone settings so you have to ask "which" setting was used while wondering what the other setting sound like> NXTa not as much but again more possible settings. Thanks....

Could you let me know how wav stand up to time in noise performance?...like many of people i know owning yamaha electric violin are complaining about noise introduced and having to use noise gates which is sometimes not very practical....

Hi, What amplifications was used for the cello parts? Did you use any IR files? I find the difference between the wav and the others big, but in other comparison's and video's from other people the NXTa and the CR do not sound as good as here. I am curious why.
