When they had to prove the allegation of contradicting himself the case is being postponed because there are missing pages on the exhibit. That's a red alert. For you. You just pick what enterest you and not the public. You should call Advocate Zikalala legal experts to unpack what transpired in court today. There's a lot of contradictions between Ntanzi and advocate Mngomezulu. I remember he bodly told magistrate Cronje that as per instructions from his client, Ntanzi was not represented on the day and that he did not singned any confession. Lastly, the magistrate herself testified that the lawyer before the proceedings providing his docs as a lawyer but later on Ntanzi is said to have been questioned whether or not he'd require legal aid? Why could she ask that if she has testified that prior the proceedings, she established the accused already had a lawyer?
