I am fully impressed! It’s just a complete ru-vid.comUgkxGqOCINHE0Z0E5gxzSdNi9NWGugRY5Hm2 plan with the best resources and step by step instructions . These shed plans are so satisfying as if the sheds build themselves on their own. Worthy work Ryan!
I'm so IMPRESSED with all the outdoor space. The interior is just AMAZING with all the natural light flooding the apartment. I think its BRILLIANT how he carved out a bedroom area with privacy. One of the best videos I've watched so far.
This is great in so many ways - airy, light, comfortable and generally really well considered design. I especially love how he embraced having 3 cats in a studio apartment 🐈
I'm amazed. The terrace spaces just keep going! I was quite impressed with the first terrace already, and then boom -- one more at the back, and one more at the roof top, just... wow. The space also feel very airy and light. The design of the custom bed/shelf truly helps. And also, tying the plants back to prevent the cats from knocking them off? I completely understand the pain of cleaning broken potted plants 😂 Beautiful apartment!
The cats. THE CATS 😂. Beautiful home, especially the roof top terrace. You get the idea that the apartment is meant to be lived outside. Also, love the note on design for disassembly. Amazing as always NTS!
That's a great compact, organized space and the light colour scheme definitely makes it look more open and airy. Plus, having two balcony areas as well as a rooftop terrace makes a huge difference by bringing the outside in as well as having some wonderful private outside areas to escape the potential claustrophobia of a small space.
This is one of my favorites so far. Love how simple and pragmatic it is. The colors are relaxing and couldn’t stop watching the big plants leaves moving from the little wind. Less is more is true. Love it!
I think it's really nice how also renters can show their NTS apartments! I'm a renter myself and have been living mostly in small places where NTS apartments were my inspiration
This is such a beautiful and well-designed rental space, and I am so in love with the balconies (two!! can you believe it) and the rooftop terrace. I used to live with my two cats in a 450 sqft (roughly 40m2) studio with no balcony in a big city, and I feel so bad for my cats because my studio was so crammed and they had so little room to run around. Anyway, I love a responsible pet owner who makes pet friendly as one of their priorities and I am glad Enrico's three cats are living a good life!
Beautifully designed to keep it simple and functional. Those balconies are off the charts. And I’m so impressed that he managed this in a rental. This may be my favorite apartment on this channel.
I think this shows that the trick to good decorating when renting is the right furniture pieces. He's got simple but solid (probably second hand) tables and chairs, and then went all out in the custom bed/wardrobe. Next place he goes if the chairs and tables don't work it's not a loss to swap them out.
No. The trick is to get hold of the 1 % of apartments that are so bright with windows everywhere and rooms filled with daylight all day long. Ideally, high ceilings too. _Two_ balconies... I'm green with envy 😄 Everything will look good in those circumstances. It's just not achievable for the remaining 99 % of renters or apartment owners. There's only so much you can do with interior design if the basic conditions are just different.
Wow....light bright and beautiful....fresh clean...and natural throughout....love the outside space ....clever idea to tie the plants to the frame.....cats have so much fun knocking them off ....😊
Your Buenos Aires videos are making me want to renounce my citizenship. Holy hell is it beautiful over there. Can’t wait to see it in person in the fall.
it'a a beautiful city, but has some pretty rundown and sketchy neighbourhoods, so be aware. and (local) autumn is a very nice time to go. i lived in Saavedra, where this apt is located, for many years. it used to be a very quiet middle class barrio. nowadays is getting more and more gentrified, whith it's ups and downs, but still is very liveable and cozy, with a nice park and pretty safe.
Buenos Aires is a beautiful city, Argentina is a wonderful country! But first of all, wait until December 10, 2023 because that day will be the end of this shameful horrible government that we have that has devastated the country.
All that outdoor space!!! What a dream. The apartment’s practical and welcoming, the raised bed is clever. I hope the storage under it goes all the way to the back.
Stunningly beautiful apartment, appears much more spacious due to the cleverly designed furniture and Scandinavian color palette. So lucky to have so much outdoor space👌👌👌
This is a very nice house. I would like to live here. I like balconies, I like plants, I like cats :) I would put some dressers in the closed balcony, in the back balcony. I would look for a solution for the rain and put some drawers in the back balcony. I would use the back balcony as a dressing room.
WOW! that is an amazing apartment! great bones and very clever design throughout. that bed...brilliant. and two balconies! this man must have done something spectacular in a previous life...
This is the brightest apartment ever, you can use your sunglasses indoors! Very beautiful space, practical & smart with nature all around....that one cat was really funny, he was like “if you’re taking a nap, I’m taking a nap too”...”...if you’re going up to the roof, I’m going up there too”...enjoyable tour!
Very attractive apartment so light and bright. I love how everything is white and the mid-century modern vibe is special. My favorite is the balcony and the houseplants.
I think the bed area is genius. Allows for air circulation, gives some separation, yet doesn’t close off the space. The elevated platform creates storage but also prevents the feeling that the bed is in a pit (which is how it would otherwise feel). And those balconies! The most important part of any apartment. I haven’t lived in an apartment for years now, but when I did, a balcony was mandatory (even though the climate here really means it was used only about 5 months).
This a brilliant example of the architect doing his job perfectly right! Well done! Well done! And the cats ... And the plants. Love it. Thank you Never too small. :)
