Tights are a problem, we need them in my climate, but to find a brand where they are long enough for my legs is hard even if im just 5.3. The legs are looong. Its best for shoes as well with something inside. Thanks Helen for informing us. ❤

Great video as always 👍 I recommend putting tights on with cotton gloves (the white ones you can get very reasonably in the hand care section of pharmacy stores). Gloves really help to protect the tights on the initial pull on part. I was recommended to try it years ago and always use them.

The dresses I wore for the girls' weddings are long gone... the first one was made to measure and I gave it to a charity shop and Grace's was black and got sun bleached through the window.... so into the rag bag it went. Tbh, this one was my favourite and the cheapest, so it just goes to show.... xx

Hi Helen My mum used to wear those tights yrs ago but I tried a pair on and was very pleased with them. I got one pair in a box here but am keeping them for a special occasion. I loved the black Bardot dress, it is beautiful. The white dress from John Lewis is gorgeous . At the end of the day you get what you pay for. I love Monsoon but there again some of those are overpriced. I like French Connection clothes normally. Currently I have a parcel that has gone missing from Monsoon and the carrier has lost it seemingly so it’s under investigation. Lovely haul as usual. See you in the next one x

I must say, pleasantly surprised at the price. Expensive but affordable if they last as long as you say, plus discounted. I am a tights fan, cannot go bare legged at all if wearing a skirt or dress, just like your Mom, old school !

Hi Helen, loved the haul and the dress you wore for your son’s wedding looked gorgeous on you. I have had the same problem with M&S over some things I ordered and it was a 20% order so when I had to reorder the stuff the 20% was not available, well you can imagine I went mad at them I said it wasn’t my fault that they hadn’t arrived after much arguing with them they relented and gave me the 20% discount, you really have to stick up for yourself these days and I used to be a PA for Lord Marks back in the day.❤️❤️

Weirdly I went through all my shoes today. So many pretty shoes will heels. I hate to let them go but I just have to be comfortable and having back issues makes it a no no too. Which is why your sandals looked an excellent mid way move. But as I too have a long first toe I can see that they don’t fit your foot perfectly. It’s wether you are prepared to put up with it or not. They do look flattering. Helen you look absolutely fine in your shorts. Tights name duly noted. They look classy. Loved the first white dress. Very summery. I think at that price I’d give it a go. A couple of hot days coming to get those summer items out. Thanks Helen x

That dress you wore at your sons wedding is lovely! Haven't worn it in 8 years, it's fabulous. You looked stunning. I liked that 1st white dress but the material needs thinking about for sure. I didn't like the other white dress, the short one. It looked like an American nurses uniform 😢. The blue patterned dress as you said, nothing special. Hellooo Helen, your dress from your sons wedding g looked beautifull and still very much in style!! Yes I loved the 1st white dress and it's a shame its polymide. It could be hot and not breathable... I like the 2nd one too and I think it looked good on you...your knees look fine!!! I have 6 in. Scars on both of my knees but I dont care; it dosnt bother me... ha at least i dont have knee pain anymore!! Tights with high heels are more comfortable, but I rarely wear them anymore.💕

We’ll Helen just to let you know my daughter and her 2 boys are coming on Saturday for 3 weeks .Im dying to see them .The baby is 12 weeks and has come on leaps and bounds n her 4 year old has finally come to terms with his baby brother being here to stay .I’m also getting a new kitchen and floors in but we will work around that .I think I’m only starting to feel myself again after my 8 weeks in the UK when she had the baby .I came back knackered .Alls well now thank you holy god and I’m going to enjoy the bedlam that’ll be happening here with all 4 grandsons 4 n a half ,4and 3 months ,a year and 6 months and baby Freddie 12 weeks it should be fun .🤣🤣🤣🤣🤪🤪🤪🤪 .I’ll definitely be getting my 1000+steps in every day .Just a little heads up for you Helen .Have a lovely weekend weather still very unsettled here I’ve never been soo tan less I haven’t even sat in the garden .Take care chat soon lv C xx

With the discount and different prices it's best to look at the site... I'm not sure if you'd say they were very expensive, but I do know that they are the most comfortable tights I've ever owned and certainly the black ones last forever. xx

I can't really wear tights any more. Medical condition I've had for 14 years means I've to permanently wear a compression sock on my left leg. I did wear support tights at both daughters' weddings but they didn't give the support I need in that leg. The dress you wore at Henry's wedding is absolutely gorgeous. Did you say where you got it? The first white dress was lovely although not the natural material you'd like. I also liked the lovely dark dress. All in all another great haul Helen. Thank you. 🎉

Helen the tights look good quality. Don’t really wear tights myself. Always too hot. Your wedding outfit looks stunning. You should wear it helen. The white nylon dress was fab but why would you want to wear nylon in the heat. What a shame. I bought some sandals and my toes were hanging over the front and I only wore then once I felt so conscious of the toes hanging over. I thought you looked very nice in the blue and white cotton dress. Thanks as always Helen take care
