Yeah I agree I think had he tried the more dramatic acting he briefly showed here in later roles he would of probably been less reviled acting wise, he also has charisma and a likable demeanor, trying to repeat the weasel type thing in other movies limited him, I think had he been younger in more recent times when the incident happened, he could of played Kai The Hitchhiker in a dark and convincing way

I was happy to see his return in "Guest House," on Netflix, alongsids our Ed Bassmaster! Felt like one of his old films

"Nugs" as attractive girls ; refered twice in the movie, first when Dave & Stoney are in the pool dig-site discovering the Musterian bowl - discussing what they/ Stoney could use for popularity & money "wheeze some older nugs(girls/women)" -or atleast this is how I got that reference. And the second time at the end of the movie when Link&Stoney discover Link's ice-age girlfriend - "the cave-nug" . Of course, nug refers to reefer or nugget too(; 😁

I'm sure "nugs" was weed for Stoney in the first draft. I'm sure the big wigs had them take out all weed references, and Stoney and nugs were kept in but neutered.

I'm way late to say this but this is the TV cut which is where most of it comes from. When I was a kid I had a taped version that I watched to death and then when my cousin and I got older we got the DVD for like $2 and there were edits like that. TV used to be much more sensitive. (Also the era WWF was huge, go figure)

On MTVs totally pauly, “nugs” are often mentioned to refer to women. Also earlier in the movie, Dave says to Stoney, “wheeze some older nugs with a mansion,” which wouldn’t make sense referring to aged weed.
