Stop coddling people like this. Lock her up before she hurts someone, or someone loses it and hurts her, and keep her there until she shows actual improvement in her behavior.
I disagree , this is a mental health problem. I wish the US would actually address the mental health issues in america , it’s really bad. If there was a program or police force that was specialized in mental health these situations could be neutralized
A police force to address mental illness? You have lost your mind! Adding medical issues to law enforcement 🤦🏽♂️ This just adds to LE pockets with a bigger budget and they will NOT address the problem, since they can’t address their intended purpose: Stoping/Preventing crime. This woman needs to be removed from society to get treated.
@@Ambelica agreed and also if it was happening to you daily at your neighbor what you going to do then you might not keep the same attitude even though I agree with your mental health issues but that's racial slurs harassing people mental health is what anger issues it could also be toxic habits and patterns narcissism and so on so we can't just blame mental although that can be categorized as mental sabadista beat her ass daily until she stops😂😳 she's fully aware of what you were doing
Yes, well said... Stop coddling these malfunctioning humans, who know exactly what they're doing, and put them in a hospital WHERE THEY BELONG!!😡😡 Or better yet "Amber"... they can stay with you!
She would have been paint balled, pepper sprayed, or beaten by this point if she was my neighbor. No officer I have no idea why the crazy lady would shoot herself with paintballs and pepper spray. She must have tripped in her home to get those bruises.
Dealt with a schizophrenic neighbor who acted almost exactly like this lady but she would come out sometimes swinging garden tools and objects (but didn’t hit anyone) and would then hide in her house for days afterwards from the police. Nobody would do anything until one day she struck an 8yr old child who was riding his bike with a phone book hard enough to knock him off his bike and she was placed into a facility and her adult children we had never seen in 3 years came and sold off her house.
Let me see, she has thrown things at people while walking down the street(assault, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace), yell at her neighbors when they are in their yards spraying water on her neighbors(disorderly conduct, harassment, trespassing, abuse), and she has not been arrested yet? I'm sure putting her in jail for a bit will give the people of that neighborhood a much needed break from her.
How can they arrest her if she won't come to the door? I don't understand why the police are not forcing her out of her house, to discuss/charge her. Then they act all shocked when neighbor kills neighbor.
My father in law told a story about a big burly “mentally ill” kid back in his neighborhood that used to slap folks walking by upside their head. This kid’s mother used to keep saying “please, he is sick, forgive him”. The kids and women felt afraid walking past this young man on their own block. One day he slapped a machinist and cackled at him, machinist walked up to him and punched him out. That kid kept slapping folks after he was back from hospital. But he never touched that machinist again. Lesson here is, even “crazy” people need discipline.
It doesn’t make sense that they can’t go into her house when she is committing crimes against her neighbors and random people! Especially when cops have broke into homes without notice because they “think” something is going on or they “think” someone is a suspect. She is LITERALLY a suspect in a lot of issues 🙄🙃
Yeah! I get that they can't just bust your door down if they have no warrant, & nobody has ordered a welfare check for illness or danger to herself, but they could get around that because she really DOES need a mental health check. Plus, the cops bust in all the time when they aren't supposed to, in OTHER cases, involving actual INNOCENT people, so how are their hands so tied now, when they really SHOULD?!? Drives me nuts. Really not cops fault though. She's gonna have to hurt someone or herself first for any real intervention of justice to take place. We see that all the time, red flags for years, police cannot legally intervene, & then finally...something AWFUL happens & its TOO LATE. She must be a bit crazy, just not crazy enough for an arrest, shockingly!😤
@@CryMeARiver63 you would think. She has had a few court cases that have been thrown out. They are all Zoom and the plantiffs are not there; just her and her public defender. She talks so sweet to the judge. Makes me want to throw up. And the judge has no idea because they don't get to see the other side. That's how our court system handles things now; blaming it on covid.
It's called demon possessed. They are aware. They do exist, whether people want to believe it or not. The spiritual world is much more real than this world.
Several years ago my best friend lived in a neighborhood like that. Wasn't a woman alone it was a married couple, fortunately with no kids. Just constant harassment, racism, vandalism, threats, you name it. Then at some point, their house burnt down. Nobody could ever figure out a cause of the fire but on the night of the fire, every neighbor that had surveillance cameras trained on that house (and there were several) reported their systems were turned off. Imagine that. What a coincidence. A complete mystery as to how that happened.
@@Rob-dp3vr things like this DO happen! I just watched a crime Documentary “No One Saw a Thing”, where a town bully got street justice. It was reported that dozens of people were there when the man was shot. But the whole town claimed ignorance.
@@christineguttilla6465 Thats right, he was Ken McElroy from a small farming community in Mo. He got away with so many crimes for decades, including shooting multiple people. It was really amazing that out of at least 30, but up to 90 people, were said to have been present, that no one saw the 2 shooters 😉 The towns people were good hard working folks who didn't want confrontations with him & that gave him even more power to feel invincible. One time he had his gun aimed at a lone officer, and the officer called for back-up but no officers ever came to his aide. The next day that officer quit his job. Everyone was very intimidated by that ignorant bully, literally everyone! He certainly got what he deserved.
She has apparently never been beaten to a pulp by someone with a short fuse. She keeps it up and it will happen. You don’t mess with people like this, you will eventually find one crazier than you are.
I've been wondering why no one has sprayed this lady right back in the face with a hose as soon as she pulled some $hit. She'd stop if people started doing this back.
If the police say they can't do anything to this chick for throwing rocks at people and animals then they apparently can't do anything when someone jumps that woman's fence and knocks her teeth out. IJS. It's amazing how many people's "mental illness" is miraculously treated when they face painful physical consequences. People need to stop being so soft and take back their neighborhoods and their peace of mind. I'm so thankful to live in Florida where that woman could easily be shown to be putting people in fear for their life. She wouldn't last a week here.
@david It is clear many other readers got what the remark entailed. In your “53” years one would think you would have been able to decipher it on your own accord. Obviously not, but do continue removing all doubt, as to your foolish status.
@david I utilize the parentheses as while you claim that age (which anonymity protects) your writings and vocabulary usage, i place somewhere between a single cell organism, and that of a 5 year old. I put you in the bracket of 18-25.
@miapdx , sorry, no. Get off your normal sites and do a little more research. It began in the mid '60s with the Community Mental Health Act. It was mostly due to no longer looking favorably on forced institutionalization. It was believed those with issues could be better cared for at home which has proven disastrous.
Seriously that’s exactly what has to be done… a lot of people had to take the law into their own hands in order to get it done and it seems to work for quite a few…. IJS….😮
I worked with clients with mental health issues for many years. Her mental health is no excuse for her bad behavior. She's not confused, or having an episode. She's just found out that being nasty gets her lots and lots of attention.
It’s really sad when one person who is no doubt unbalanced has such a devastating affect on the whole neighborhood. At some point, she will probably have to be removed from her own home against her will for the safety of others.
Shame on authorities for not dealing with this person. Nut job or not, it makes no difference. Her neighborhood deserves some relief. What about their rights?
Whenever I think about selling my home and moving to a new home I stop and think about my wonderful neighbors and my peaceful friendly neighborhood and I decide to stay put. One can never know what neighbor situation awaits them when they move. And I don't understand why this weirdo neighbor isn't behind bars. Here is a perfect opportunity for the police to protect a community BEFORE the crazy neighbor kills someone.
Yeah I had wonderful neighbors too, for almost 20 years until they moved and a family of HOARDERS moved in to their previously lovely home. Now it's a garbage dump and I have to look at it coming and going from my home. Disgusting.
Love how the system protects the asshole but not the law-abiding normal citizens. I absolutely support our police officers, always have and always will, but do something about this crazy woman sheesh, these are their homes
@@SSJGengar I’m the dumb one but you fail to understand the people you vote In are the ones controlling everything from law enforcement to passing laws , controlling infrastructure. You look really stupid now. And yes you probably did vote for it and will continue voting for while simultaneously complaining. 😂
Police’s hands are tied too. They cannot make any such decisions, especially on 5150s, and if nobody got hurt (yet). It’s very sad, and the system doesn’t deal with situations like these strongly enough.
No; we are not! If anything she is getting more bold because she knows they won't touch her. All her court cases are over; and nothing happened to her. She chided one of the neighbors walking their dog about it yesterday,
When I lived in Albuquerque, I thought my neighbors son who moved in with them was a problem (just released from prison). This woman is INSANE, she needs to be put away. We finally moved out of state and I have great neighbors now.
Yeah they could literally just do the same thing back to her and if the cops show up go inside their home like she does. I can guarantee you that she would stop after one or two times
I have a crazy neighbour just like her thank God she’s not right beside me but she is across the street from me. She has lived in our complex now for three years and four months and from the VERY FIRST DAY she moved in she was already breaking rules of our complex and we already knew that she is crazy and was gonna be a problem and bring down the neighbourhood which she has done. All of us neighbours have made complaints to housing, police, children’s aid etc. etc. But she still continues living here and I don’t understand what’s going on and how she gets away with it. So I can empathize with these neighbours who have to put up with that woman’s bullshit. 😑
You know I have seen several of these videos with folks acting up like this. What surprises me is that someone doesn’t just wait until no one is looking & and just beats the living shit out of them.
There are lots of things you can do covertly, however.....😄 A pellet gun can work wonders, for example. The kind one uses to shoot a stray dog in the behind....😆
these neighbors need to go down to the hood and offer some cash to have this issue resolved. Knock the crazy out of her head and teach her some manners.
Really strange that she can’t be charged for doing these things. How is she even affording this home, I doubt she works. This could escalate further to burning down her neighbours homes, injuring someone or a pet etc. I understand mental health, I work in it, but you can’t just act this way in society without consequences!
This is stalking behaviour, and stalking is murder in slow motion. I think every time the perpetrator harasses their victim, it should be an automatic mandatory 90 days in jail. Clearly this woman's behaviour is escalating with the arson and assaulting her neighbours with missiles. If they don't stop her now she's going to kill someone.
If she did any of that to my family or house, the police wouldn’t need to try to get her to come out of her house. They’d would have found her beat to a bloody pulp and hogtied waiting for them on the sidewalk. Some people go through life screaming out to be hurt or killed. Thinking their actions have no consequences. I would happily dispel that fantasy for them.
There was a guy in Florida who had a similar situation. He went to court to get a restraining order and it worked. I guess in that state restraining orders may include a lot of restrictions. I'm not sure about in New Mexico
@@tumbleweedking5668 you forget alot of us are used to be criminals nowadays people like this need a snack as a adult. now some fatbody wants to take care of these people lol not with my money, time and family around.
Criminal , crazy , thug , or mental health... No matter what , shit like this needs to be adressed. Btw, the woman arent really mentally ill, when she have enough control of herself, to run in,when police are called. A person who looses control due to mental health issues doesnt have that good control .
Ken Rex McElroy--look up his story (I think there are few RU-vid documentaries about him and his fate). On a side note, surely the police could get a warrant to arrest this woman who is assaulting people and whatnot (spraying with water is an assault if I am not mistaken, not to mention if she is actually spitting on people walking by). The COULD enter her house with a warrant.
Yes.. the entire town just got fed up with his A.. after he killed a store owner! What a monstrous bully.. she keeps doing it because she has not had any consequences yet. I say that should happen at her first hearing my to make a solid impression with her and ENFORCE a blanket protective order on her for any resins she insults, harms , assaults, water sprays or takes her shot any where in the vicinity of her house or by her. She is totally disturbing the peace and tranquility of life that those people pay a pretty penny to live in their homes for and deserve. .. mental illness or not, she does these acts with purpose and deliberately.
Anything she's done is a misdemeanor and they can't kick her door in for a misdemeanor. Neighbors need to take turns standing outside until she comes out, make a citizen's arrest and put her in cuffs and then call the police. Problem solved.
McElroy was a multiple murderer and serial rapist, and he was killed before the era of omnipresent cameras. Hard to get the same level of vigilantism going when there are cameras everywhere and the would-be victim isn’t nearly as threatening. That said, I get the temptation. If I lived there, I’d be tempted to commit a little recreational arson.
Where I live in the Northeast our village had this issue with a particular family, but much worse. The neighbors along with local law enforcement documented this family for months. The village used legal means to push the family out of the village, and peace ND quiet was restored.....
I've seen this so often, and the last encounter I had with this evil kind of nonsense was a few months ago. I am seventy years old and I had an episode of vertigo in on a public street. I was in need of some help! Some KAREN called the police and insisted that I was on drugs . She than stalked me for several blocks until the Sheriff's deputies caught up with us. She never asked if I was in need of some help!.
This is ridiculous! Stop giving people with mental health issues a pass when they are a constant threat to others!! That woman should have been arrested a long time ago!!
The problem with these situations is that the mental health issues are prioritized over everyone else on the block. The woman refuses help, the police and courts cant/aren't doing much, and everyone else suffers because of this one lady.
The only way to deal with these people is to make them have to call the cops for help. Go's both ways. You be surprised how they panic when they get harassed back.
@@elhoward7440 If the cops are already there on the regular, then the last thing they’ll want is even more calls. Stay in their good graces if you want them to take the problem seriously.
I have a mentally ill/drug addict neighbor. He's not as bad as this lady but he does stuff like this too. He got really out of control once and came over to my house and was banging on my windows. I have kids and I kinda lost it; I beat him up. I know it was wrong but I had had enough and it worked. Now, he just messes with the neighbors across the street. I told them what they need to do but so far, they still feel sorry for him.
Yup. See how much help all these programs and special treatment to criminals is! When you teach someone there are no consequences to their actions, they have no reason to stop the behavior. I can't for the life of me figure out how treating criminals with kid gloves is supposed to fix anything. I'm a life long resident, and I don't even recognize my hometown anymore. Things have changed so much (and not for the good) and it all started when we decided it was a good idea to let the criminals and homeless run the streets instead of the citizens. As long as these policies stay in place, nothing will get better. It will get worse
Exactly. All of her court cases are over. Warrants have been cancelled. She yelled at one of the neighbors today laughing that she can do whatever she wants; and nobody will touch her.
@@Hallelujah966 unfortunately these are the kinds of situations that push people to the brink. What are you supposed to do when the city, the cops , the news , the block captain won't/can't do anything to help? @@swainer8014 No, he is much more sane than anyone who would even CONSIDER voting for demonscums. Even though both parties are controlled by the globalist corporations.
I thought it was terrible to find out that she accidentally sprayed herself with bear spray and apparently jumped off a cliff in a suicide? What was she thinking? I guess we will never know?
This is why we need to bring back mental hospitals where people with these conditions can be committed until treatment takes effect (not just 72 hours).
This is outright assault and battery, what are the police doing? Why are they treating her with kid gloves? She is dangerous especially if she is throwing rocks.
Because police are there to protect the tyrants ruling over us, not the people dealing with their retarded "woke" policies that cause this sort of thing.
Oh I feel so bad for that block captain. That crazy women hasn't been taught a hard "in person" lesson by another woman on the block and I wish she had.
do they even have lawmakers there? this is another example of a nuisance or a criminal having more rights than those who try to be a law-abiding taxpayer.
My grandma had a neighbor like this when she lived in Carlsbad. I remember, as a child, being afraid to visit my grandma because of the neighbor. She would yell at us, cuss at us, she hit her own windows so hard that she broke them. Nobody would help. Finally my grandma heard help, help coming from next door and the woman had been lying at the door way for who knows how long. She had a lot of issues. It’s really sad.
Just leave her there, and if you get asked why you didn’t help just say you were afraid this was a ruse to get you to go on the neighbors property and then have her attack you for trespassing and possibly get seriously injured or killed.
I remember when I was a little kid and the man who lived across the street took our basketball and ran into his house. I thought THAT was crazy....but this woman should not be a homeowner.
She knows nothing will happen to her, which is why she's behaving this way. Guarantee you if the neighbors were to match her level of harassment she'll stop.
Yes, that would be undoing some of the damage done by the Reagan administration. He closed the hospitals and sent vulnerable people to live in the streets. That was when we began seeing people eating out of trash cans. His legacy is a dark one...
Let me get this right? We can break a door down for other crimes to catch the bad guy but this bad guy we can't? These ARE crimes! Why not knock the f-ing door down and arrest her.
Just because you’re offering an individual mental health services, doesn’t mean they’re gonna comply. People in power and attorneys keep continuously making excuses for these people and wonder why there have been very few results. Some people need to be institutionalized, for the good of the community and themselves.
She reminds me of my ex step mother. Her problem was BPD. There is no real effective treatment of BPD yet. Only ~10% of sufferers ever get an improvement in life from therapy. They tend to see everyone as an enemy or see themselves as an eternal victims and as she got older in her case she was just lashing out and having psychotic outbreaks where she would break shit in the house because she thought my father was hiding listening/recording devices. These episodes lasted like 3 hours and then she was "back to normal" it really did look a lot like schizophrenia in the episodes but it was far more manic if you were to able to convince her she was in the wrong she just shut down for a while completely empty
