Folks!!! I'm calling this the "Number One" method because it's the only one this novice could come up with without cutting up the door and welding it. My 30 Ford Coupe has not been treated well thru its 90+ years. There was/is significant damage to the front drivers side cowl and A-pillar area as well as the rear passenger wheel well area (upcoming project) I made so headway in this video on the door repair but additional area damage stopped me in my tracks and I was only able to get the door 80% closer to right. However, I will not retreat. I'll get on the surrounding damage and finalize the door soon!!! stay tuned to the 30 Ford Coupe progress. #hotrod ‪@BoxcarsGarage‬ #jalopy #

Please take the title with a grain of salt. I was playing with the relationship between titles and yt algarythems (sp)

Hinge needed twisted towards back of car which would open gap and twisting top would push door down back and down definitely need cross braces across door for each Hinge 2 bottom Hinge

I'm just curious? How can you make a "shape" (the door) fit another "shape" (door frame) if the second "shape" constantly moves? I would think you need to square up and stabilize the door frame before you start making the door fit?

I'd agree with that to a point. Here on the frame table I sorry out some big issues that require cutting welding and brute force manipulation. It get me close and then I'd follow up on the frame shimmed bolted and situated to go to final. Good point....thanks for that question.
