I have most fortunately (as of this comment) have not hit myself in the head too terribly bad. It's mostly the inside of my elbows that end up takin the most damage. :)

+Jose Garcia I have spun Chinese style chucks when I first started out. So I have progressed through many different types and materials of Nunchaku.
