Nuparu did nothing wrong. He had no idea the of the Bohrok's nature. Nobody knew truly for years to come. And as for the Vahki thing, he was merely the builder. He didn't know Makuta was gonna use them for his horrible plans. You don't blame the maker of a weapon for it being used by an evil man.

Bohrok are fully mechanical besides the krana, and while Av-matoran can turn into Bohrok at the end of their life there is nothing left of them when this happens
