On April 18, 1946, Dr. Alfred Seidl called his client Hans Frank to commence his Defense Case. He described his early career becoming legal advisor to Hitler and the Nazi Party. He admitted that he was involved in some of the decisive questions concerning the Jewish Question. His Diary stated "A thousand years will pass and this guilt of German will not be erased."
