@@laura-yu3kh I had an emergency hysterectomy at 34, I was pregnant with my first child and had a uterine rupture. My baby boy was stillborn and I was not able to have more children. That caused years of severe depression but as I am researching I am in menopause. That also explains why I have never been the same. I’m suffering from menopausal symptoms and it’s very hard to learn that WE HAVE TO BE OUR OWN ADVOCATE no one else cares. My doctors never explained any of this to me. I’m also suffering from severe loss of muscle mass to the point that I have loose skin on my upper arms without losing weight. I’m only 45 and all this is affecting my self esteem. I will continue to look for things that can help me.
What might work for one might not work for the other but gyna guard tablets has helped me. Sometimes a trip to the gynecologist is necessary because you can have a cyst on your womb that can also cause dryness

Drinking lots of water is start. I do a gallon a day. You will notice a huge difference. Exercise and meditation are helpful for me. I also yoni steam once a month after my period.
@@ladybug2229 well I take these boric acid pills straight up the V... but it's like the dryness is off and on. Sometimes it'll be full of fluids even without the boric acid pills. And sometimes it'll be so irritated from the dryness. I don't know what to do ... if anything I just put some vaginal lubrication down there but once you use the bathroom that's gone unless you put it up the vagina but make sure it's ok to use up the V.

I too am a diabetic and unfortunately suffer from recurrent yeast infections which has caused dryness over the years, in addition to the fact that I am 42 and was told that my hormones have changed (estrogen) in the vagina. My sex life hasn't been the same in the past year. I am currently trying vitamin E coconut oil suppositories. So far it's providing the moisture but to early to know if it really works as I haven't had sex yet since taking. 😩
For the vulva what definitely works is pure natural coconut. I usually take a teaspoon of it and melt in microwave. Then apply to oil to the entire vulva area. It feels very soothing and moisturize.
