#1 program? This is just a marketing tactic and I hate when schools try to misrepresent this. #1 how? Why? What metrics are being used to define this? Board passing rate? So, what, 99.2 % 1st time pass rate vs. 98% for another school? It seems to me this is mostly just subjective and used to artificially propagate the 'elite' status of a program. I know of many smaller, lesser-known schools that are absolutely outstanding and produce the same caliber of providers.
Thank God I finally passed my NP test on my 3rd attempt with the help of Mr DAVID, I used his preparation tips. just 3 days of working with him and I passed. I was referred to him by a friend before my exams. Please friends I recommend you to mr DAVID. The man has the key to getting your exam.
CRNA was my path in nursing, but did not like their working environment. I tell nurses who are interested in this field that they should shadow a CRNA first. CRNA is a lot of work, lots of challenges, but very rewarding. Although I've chosen something else other than a CRNA, I love what I do. I think that is #1... you should love what you do. Don't chase the $$$, chase what you love and the $$$ will come to you.
Don't ever accept anything less than a medical doctor anesthesiologist! You're going to pay for it or your insurance is going to pay for it so demand it!
a DO is just as good. A medical doctor ( MD) is called an allopathic , Graduates with a D.O. are known as osteopathic doctors. Same prerequisites ... undergraduate degree in a premed program with 92% or greater GPA. (my granddaughter is in her third year residency for emergency medicine at the county hospital in Phoenix) before graduation from medical school and they are both by the way called medical schools, regardless allopathic or osteopathic, The students decide on what their career choice is going to be and start petitioning the hospitals where they would like to be matched to upon graduation from medical school. And the case of my granddaughter she flew to several different hospitals and had face-to-face interviews. You don't know if you matched and who you are matched to until the day of your graduation! After you walk across the stage and receive your degree. in some schools an envelope is handed to you and you take your seat and you do not open your envelope until the class president stands up and tells everybody to open their envelope! Quite often that is a cry of sheer exuberance and these kids who have been under such a Staggering amount of pressure For the last eight years now seem to come out of their skin with happiness! Especially if the hospital they truly had their heart set on matches with them and offers them their internship and residency. Occasionally someone will not match I'm told and the faculty of the medical school will team up with them and help them find the appropriate match and hopefully in the field that they wanted to dedicate their life to. during their internship and their residency they work side-by-side with medical doctors and doctors of osteopath because from the time of graduation there is no difference between the two. There are osteopathic cardiac surgeons and neurosurgeon just as there are medical doctors doing the same thing I still do not understand Philosophy of osteopath she told me it had something to do with the bones and the emphasis on healing and the bones. All I know is I spent a little over a half million dollars getting that sweet girl through undergrad and medical school and it's the best gift I can leave to humanity because she will be handling the sick an injured and comforting the hurting hopefully for another 50 years. I'm not a rich man but a housing developer have been bothering me for 10 acres of land that I bought in 1956 for $600. Just to get rid of him I told him I'd take 1 million bucks for it. He wanted to make sure that he had the water at the mineral rights! I told him if you can find any water out there you can drink all you want that's why that place only grows tumbleweeds! Okay, good for her but who asked? Mid level providers have their place in healthcare regardless of how you feel about it. CRNAs and physicians work together. The age of doctors sitting on pedestals is coming to a close. Not everything requires one. Imagine the ego one must have to comment on a video for a CRNA program of a small channel just to talk about their family member being a doctor. Nobody cares.
pretty much anywhere you go to have surgery you’re going to be put under by a CRNA. especially in rural areas. it’s cheaper for the hospital. CRNAs do exactly what anesthesiologists do at a fraction of the cost of the MD.
