It's not that bro, compare to Australian pathway NZ pathway is easy to get nursing registration( CAP and english language score and GNM nurses too get registration without any upgrade).. Candidates were rushing to reach NZ before they stop the CAP pathway. Now NZ have more candidates who cleared CAP pathway and lack of job opportunities too. So many nurses are waiting since last october to get job. They can convert regn to Australia and can come here on work visa. But if they crossed PR age criteria 45years then what? Not sure employers would support such candidates to get DAMA visa or not?

Sir, I have found a way to come to NZ. An accredited employer is ready to give me a visa for 20 Lakhs. However, after 3 months, I have to change employer. No advance payment is required; payment is only after obtaining the visa. the employer is accredited and i have verified. Agent is genuine and i am sure that visa will get.. BUT 1) Is it worth spending 20 lakhs for a work visa? 2) Is it easy to find a job once we are already in NZ? 3) I am a hotel management graduate, and the position applied for is a waiter. What are the job possibilities for it?"

ഇതുവരെ ആരും പറയാത്ത ഒരു കാര്യം എഴുതട്ടെ. മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞകാര്യങ്ങൾ ജോലി സാധ്യത കുറയാനുള്ളതിന്റെ/ഇല്ലാത്തതിന്റെ കാരണങ്ങളിൽ വളരെ ചെറിയ ശതമാനമാണ്. കേരളവുമായോ ഇന്ത്യയുമായോ NZ നെ താരതമ്യപെടുത്തരുത്. നാട്ടിലെ പോലെ ഇവിടെ രോഗികൾ ഇല്ലയെന്ന് പറയാം. അതിനാൽ ആശുപത്രികളും വളരെ കുറവാണ്. ആശുപത്രികൾ ഉണ്ടായെങ്കിലെ ആരോഗ്യ രംഗത്ത് ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്ക് അവസരങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കു. നാട്ടിലെ പോലെ ആശുപത്രികൾ NZ ൽ ഒരു ബിസിനസ്സ്‌ അല്ല.സൗജന്യ ജനസേവനമാണ്. അതിനാൽ ഇവിടെ കൂണുപോലെ ആശുപത്രികൾ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നില്ല. കോവിഡ് കഴിഞ്ഞ സമയത്ത് ധാരാളം അവസരങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായി. കാരണം natives NURSING ജോലിയോട് വിമുഖത കാണിച്ചു. കാരണം പലതാകാം. അങ്ങനെ വിദേശത്തുനിന്നും ആളുകൾ വന്നു തുടങ്ങി. ഒന്നും രണ്ടുമായി തുടങ്ങിയ വരവ് പിന്നീട് ഉത്സവങ്ങൾക്കും പെരുനാളുകൾക്കും ജനം ഒഴുകുന്ന പോലെ ആയി. വരുന്നവരെ എല്ലാം ACCOMMODATE ചെയ്യാനുള്ള സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ NZ ൽ ഇല്ല. ജോലിയുടെ കാര്യത്തിലും, താമസസൗകര്യത്തിന്റെ കാര്യത്തിലും ഒക്കെ ഇതാണ് സ്ഥിതി. പലരും ഈ ഒഴുക്കിൽ മീൻ പിടിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി. ഇപ്പോഴും തുടർന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. ജോലി ഉറപ്പാക്കാതെ ഉള്ളത് കളയരുത്. NZ ജോലിസാധ്യത, ഇപ്പോൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ തന്നെ, അത് BUYER'S മാർക്കറ്റിൽ ആണ്. അതുകൊണ്ട് സൂക്ഷിക്കുക. CARE HOME ഇന്റെ കാര്യവും വ്യത്യസ്തമല്ല. നിങ്ങൾ എന്തു ജോലി മറ്റൊരിടത്തു ചെയ്തിരുന്നാലും NZ ൽ ആ ജോലി കിട്ടുക എന്നത് വെറും PROBABILITY ആണ് POSSIBILITY അല്ല. ഓർത്തിരുന്നാൽ നല്ലത്. ഞാൻ കേരളത്തിൽ ജീവിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പെൻഷണർ ആണെങ്കിലും 1982 മുതൽ കുറെ വർഷങ്ങൾ അവിടെ ജീവിച്ചതാണ്. ഇപ്പോൾ ഇടയ്ക്കിടയ്ക്ക് പോകാറും വരാറുമുണ്ട്. അതുകൊണ്ട് എഴുതിയതാണ്. അതാണ് സത്യവും.

Nurses ന് NZ ൽ ജോലി കിട്ടാനുള്ള സാധ്യത യെ ക്കുറിച്ച് പറയുമ്പോൾ ഒരു കാര്യം കൂടി ആരെങ്കിലും പറയണം. NZ ൽ ആകെ എത്ര ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽസ് ഉണ്ട്?(pvt+govt). Bed capacity, existing Patient : nurse ratio. ഇത്രയും അറിയാമെങ്കിൽ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ സ്ഥിതിയിൽ NZ ലേക്ക് പോകണോ വേണ്ടയോ എന്ന് തീരുമാനിക്കാം. അതുപോലെ തന്നെ CARE HOME ന്റെ എണ്ണം, മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ മറ്റ് ഘടകങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ പരിശോധിച്ചാൽ HCA ന്റെ സാധ്യതകളും അറിയാം. എന്റെ അറിവ് ശരിയാണോ എന്നറിയില്ല. NZ ൽ ആകെ 250 HOSPITAL ഉണ്ടോ? ആർക്കെങ്കിലും അറിയാമെങ്കിൽ കമന്റ്‌ ചെയ്യുക.
