@@anapatriciadejesus Hi Ms Ana, yes po posibleng posible. Pero dahil ng covid mas mabilis ngayon ang movement. Ako po mageexpire na ang VS next yr so hopefully makaalis na dn before mgexpire. Ang IELTS naman basta nasa VS na kahit magexpire si IELTS no need to retake kya may 5yrs ka to hold it thru VS. Pag si VS mgexpire in 5yrs mgreretake talaga.

Both of them accept no current bedside. :) timeline as long as you have everything settled like documents, ielts visascreen it will take an average of 1-1.5yrs :) so act fast now :) make sure to process your documents as soon as possible. :)

Hi! Most of direct hires ngrereimburse lng po :) you have to take it first then once you arrive in US they will reimburse it. :)

You may want to try this agencies but heads up lang na time to time nauubos ang slot nila for specific client/facility so it depends kung may available slot pa or opening for nurses without current bedside. May iba kasi ngmmessage sakin snsabi dw na hnd na hiring so just want to heads up lang. 1. PRS global 2. WWHS worldwide health staffing 3. Aguinaldo The rest are requiring atleast part time bedside: 1. Medpro 2. Avant 3. Abba 4. Health carousel

Hi Lyle, thats good to know. But, having no experience at all is rare for most agencies here in PH. Usually, those nurses who were able to get a job without experience are hiring their own lawyer and/or their employer are known by relative or owned by a relative at all.

@@mamarn I have to agree with the latter part. The other vlogger explicitly mentioned what she had done to make it in a nursing facility. Siguro tamang timing lang talaga and diskarte and swerte lang. Kasi majority pa rin eh naghahanap talaga hosp exp. Slim shot yung nangyari dun sa isang vlogger. I dunno if I'm allowed to mention rin her here. 😅

Hi Sir, if coming from Manila you will have employer po agad upon applying sa agency. :) so, i dont think po na may age discrimination ang US for it. :)

Hi Sir, thank you for letting me know na 2010 pa pala yung CA mo. 1. I advise po to endorse it na lang muna to ensure na maging active ang license mo, this is what I did before 2008 passer ako and endorsed it around 2012. Magpapasa ka ng mga documents depende sa state na eendorsan mo. 2. If you will go back to bedside, I suggest you go back muna para maging current bedside ang status mo. Then saka ka po mgapply sa agency para mas madali ka mkakuha ng agency. Yes may makukuha ka po nyan. 3. No need po, ang first requirement lang ay NCLEX pero yung ielts visascreen kahit wala pa pwede kana magapply sa agencies. Along the way ng application saka mo yung icomplete. But take note po that there are agencies din mostly ung hindi direct hire ngrrequire na meron ka ng visascreen. So scout ka muna ng different agencies para malaman mo po ung offer nila. :)

Ano po yung service na pnprocess mo po sa cgfns? Si nclex po anytime pwede po mgprocess based on your chosen state sa board of nursing po kayo pupunta to check how to apply po for nclex. If you are processing CES po, kahit sabay yan sa application ni nclex pwede po

Hi po so far ok naman daw po, wla pa po ako kilala na nkatapos na po ng contract e hehe Sa hospital naman depende po ito sa kung anong available client meron sila. May iba po hindi naman need may iba na kailngan po tertiary.

Hi Maureen! Are you applying for NCLEX? When applying for NCLEX exam in any state wala naman pong requirements kung saang department ka po :) Pag magaapply ka napo sa agency ngrerequire about experience :) kahit newly grad ka po you can sit for the exam :)

Hi po! May few questions lng po muna ako. Zero hospital po ba kahit sa past? Kahit matagal na? Yung city health office po anong position nyo dun? Yung clinic po as nurse? Kung totally zero nursing exp po medyo mhihirapan po. Pero kung mi past exp ka kahit matgal na pro no recent exp meron pa din po

But this is fine tyagain mo lang po and gain experience ang mahalaga makaalis pa din. Try to apply and inquire with worldwide health staffing, prs global and abba as these agencies are those who accept less experience nurses :) Good luck!

@leejay dologuin dpende po sa direct hire agency mo po, may dalawang klase po, yung isa purely ikaw po gagastos lahat like nclex, ielts, visascreen, credentials such as prc, schools, nbi, police clearance, pd filing, fee bill, green card, airfare, medical, pocket money, ces kung kailangan sa endorsement. May direct agency naman po na covered nila yung legal filing like pd filing, medical and fee bill. The rest ikaw na po.

@@vemardante3700 marami po kasing direct hire maam. May direct hire na ikaw mismo ang kumontak sa hospital wlang tumulong sayo mghanap. Its between you and the hospital. Yan po yung sinasabi mo po. The other is when you found recruiter for direct hire employers. Sila po yung agency na tinutukoy ko.

May mga hospital po kasi na nka tie up sa recruiter or they opt to have a recruiter more than sila ang magaayos. Madalang na lang po ako makakita ng hospital na direct tlaga na ikaw. Usually may kakilala ka sa hosp kaya ka nakakuha po. Pero pag wala mahirap sir. Madalas matagal din sumagot

Hi, PRS Global or Infinity Care are both hiring without current bedside

You will need visascreen all throughout the process but not needed immediately upon applying to agencies. But, there are agencies who are requiring this as soon as you apply. So just inquire to different agencies :)

Pero kung plano mo din po mgbuy out ng contract in the future e why not mglawyer ka nlng po. May mga nurses po kasi na gnun pro for me ok na ung agency. Kung may extra pera ka po go sa immig lawyer. Gastos lng dn po kasi un

May mga agency po kasi na gusto nila kumpleto ka na po or may IELTS pero kahit wala pang visascreen. May agency naman po na ok lang kahit wala pa at all ng mga yan then once signed kna sa kanila saka papakuha yung ibang requirements. :)

With or without visascreen po pde na mgapply :) yung priority date po ay yung pinaka application ng employer mo po for petition. Ito po ang first step. May video po ako sir for whole steps ng processing you may want to check po para mas mcover po yung whole process :)

@@vemardante3700 hi po, usually 3yrs contract po karamihan. In terms of sahod hindi ko po msasagot sir kasi iba iba din po tlaga e. You really have to apply to diff agencies wg lang iisa. Scout din po and ask them for salary range. Hindi po kasi ako staffing.. sorry po

Hi Chiqui, pay for nclex as reimburse or mgffile pa lang po? Almost all agencies po are reimbursing the nclex as soon as you arrived in US. But if you need program that will assist in your nclex filing i only know Health carousel agency is the only agency that offers it.

Small group pa lang naman po kami hindi kasing laki ng iba pero may nakaalis naman po. May exclusive group lang kami na under PRS. Dun po namin nakilala yung mga nakaalis. :)

Yes po, one of them is myself :) so long na hindi masyadong matagal yung last experience mo and you are open with SNF deployment meron ka makukuha :) Try PRS Global and WWHS both of them are hiring with no current clinical.
