INGREDIENTS:
-1 ½ Cups of all-purpose flour
-1/4th Cup Powdered sugar
-1 Teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
-1/4th Cup vegetable oil/Melted butter
-1 ½ Cups of milk
-1 Tsp vanilla extract/Tbsp vanilla essence (Optional)
-Nutella
-In a mixing bowl add all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda and Combine everything well.
-Then add in the vegetable oil/melted butter and milk (add gradually) and whisk everything until there are no lumps.
- The batter should be slightly loose/runny.
- Lastly, add the vanilla extract/essence and mix everything together.
-Then take a piping bag/zip-lock bag and fill it with 4-5 tablespoons of Nutella
- Take a appam pan/Aebleskiver Pan and grease it with some oil/butter by using a pastry brush/paper towel
-Now place the pan on low heat and fill in each cavity with one tablespoon
batter or just until half-filled.
- Snip off the tip of the piping bag and add 1 teaspoon Nutella in the centre of each pancake.
- Cover the Nutella by adding a little more batter.
-Once the batter begins to bubble flip the pancakes.
- Cook them until the bottom is golden brown.
-Now take them off the pan and serve them while they are still warm.
