I agree. For a young guy it makes sense and was succinct. However - limiting vegetables is madness. The mistake is focusing on nutritional values in isolation and not taking account of fibre and maintaining gut health (micro biome) etc

@@thomasgrimer3167 Vegetables have toxins and of you eat them in your natural state it is harmful and at best vegetables are useless. Plants do not have over 15 nutrients and fiber is indigestible and useless. I havent touched a vegetable in 3 years. Useless slave "food" not too mention all the pesticides.

@@thomasgrimer3167 You maintain a healthy gut microbiome with becteria from raw meat, blood, eggs, and raw milk. Name 1 vegetable you would eat in nature. There is none. They are man made and cultivated aka unnatural.

I lover beef liver spread which is basically onions and carrots cooked with butter on a pan, boiled liver and salt pepper to taste - all mixed together by a blender to smooth consistency. It has very pleasant creamy texture and taste. You can spread it on a piece of bread and store it frozen portion sized to fit your weekly vit A requirements

I would really like to change my diet in this direction but i think its really hard to get in enough calories, especially as i am trying to bulk up a little bit right now. Do you have any recommendations for this? Also a what i eat in a day would be interesting to see. Great videos lately by the way.

Bulking was difficult for me too, I'd recommend eating 6 times per day (3 complete meals and 3 healthy snacks) and taking your calories with an app like (like chronometer or fitness pal).

Like grant said eat alot of healthy (preferably) grass fed naturally raised unvaxed meats and eggs from healthy chickens. Since you want too bulk eat some white rice or white potatoes a hour before you train too utilize the carbs. Also raw milk will make you massive if you want too bulk up.

Thanks brother. I’ve never tried to gain muscle for the sake of it. My physique is pretty much just from my martial arts stuff, so I’d aim for that as well if i were you and just eat enough to build the muscle. Im naturally an ectomorph and have small wrists etc, so if I can do it so can you my man

I’ve been doing it for a couple months now! And I have never felt better! Still working on some things trying to consume more fruit and I mainly drink water I quit soda coffee & juice maybe like a year ago before. Recently changing my diet and I never had alcohol before. But I do have a bad habit of drinking a little too much sweet tea😅

My last thought is that I do think we need fresh vegetables that are cooked to eat daily. That’s one of the ways to get proper vitamins and minerals and electrolytes

Vegetables do not have over 15 nutrients such as Vitamins: A, B6, B12, D, F, K2 Amino Acids: Creatine, Carnitine, Carnosine, Taurine, Heme Iron, Coq10, and CLA. Not too mention all the pesticides that destroy your gut. Everything in the veggies is in meat with higher bioavailability and greater amounts. Veggies are man made and unnatural for us too consume.

If you feel mentally and physically fine then you have no issues. It’s men that feel “off” for whatever reason and it could be their low testosterone. Does your dick work whenever you need it to for as you need it to? This isn’t the case for all men.

But what if you could perform even more optimally? Hormones are the very foundation of health. Our lifestyles, dietary choices, pollution etc impact our hormones negatively. In general men are veering toward having too much of the female hormone, estrogen, hence one of the reasons why we see so many effeminate men these days. Better to take care of the situation now rather than when the problems start to materialise.

This is an oxymoron tbh man. Optimal performance comes from having optimal testosterone. If you do the things I’m suggesting in this series in tandem together. You’re obviously gonna be doing better than if you did none of them.

Himalayan salt is my favorite but it only has trace elements of iodine, some seaweeds are good sources. Fish are rich in omega 3 because they eat a lot of seaweed and.. some seaweeds are good sources. For drinking one might consider electrolytes or infusions - the taste of water is kind of boring :) Ama gonna guess you've watched low carb downunder and Dr Sten Ekberg (and not the flake w a similar name), among others?

Promblem with salt is that it is a rock that accumulats in your brain and can cause headaches it also destroys cells not too mention it is unhealthy for your heart.

for drinks just drink blood, raw milk, natural fruit juice, coconut water or spring water avoid floride water and electrolite powders it is all a scam bro

I haven’t watched those guys actually but I am a big fan of Dr. Paul Mason. As for the Himalayan salt I heard that Celtic Sea Salt or Redmond Sea Salt is superior

Hello Grant Zero here. I just wanted to say I have even more respect for you after this video. This video really shows how wise you are compared to most men nowadays I have studied nutrition for 2 years extensively and I have came to the conclusion that nearly everything the mainstream says is incorrect for example vegetables are healthy and other nonsense. Some critques I have in your diet is 1. Cooked meat and eggs has carcinogens and destroys nutrients like b vitamins I prefer all raw meat and eggs but if you do eat it raw make sure it is 100% grassfed no vax/antibitics and the eggs are corn free naturally fed no vaccinations but do what you must 2. Oats contain glyphosate(Which makes man infertile) and are toxic but are less toxic than bread I reccomend if you want a unnatural carb source switch it out for white potatoes as they are less damaging and easier too digest 3. Most honey also has glyphosate so make sure you KNOW what the bee keepers are feeding the bees and that the Honey is NEVER heated. 4. Rice almost always has arsenic(toxin) unless you get super ultra natural rice and another thing I would like too add is for carbs eat fruit in season or raw milk from naturally raised unvaxed cow. 5. Vitamin A toxicity has been debunked so you are incorrect about that you will be fine if you consume raw liver alot I consume raw liver alot and feel AMAZING and I can send you a video on Vit A toxicity debunked. My favourite nutritionists I have found are Sv3rige/Goatis(He saved my life) you can find his videos on Sv3rige.com, Ajounus Vonderplanits book "We Want To Live." If you want his book free DM me on instagram and also Paul Saladino is great too. My main philosophy on Nutrition is consume what you want whenever you want too as long as it is natural for us too consume(Meat, Blood, Raw Milk, Eggs, Fruit) or follow Primal Diet by Ajounus for Detox reasons. The fact you reccomend raw liver shows me you are far less brainwashed and wise than most and this nutrition video is more hethy advise than your last video on nutrition. 1. You can get organically grown rice from the USA and it doesn’t have arsenic in it. It’s the rice from Asia you have to worry about but this special rice is very expensive compared to the regular Asian brands. 2. Modern day humans can’t eat raw meat. It will make most people sick in the short term and who knows in the long term. Maybe we will all get used to it but MOST people can’t afford to be on the toilet for days or weeks while the body adjusts. We have kids and work and real life outside of carnivore ideology.

@@timm285 1. No the rice still has Arsenic usually in USA and either way rice is unhealthy. 2. Yes all humans can eat raw meat and not get sick. I quit all cooked food straight too raw deer and I have not gotten sick it does not give you diahrea all day that is illogical and incorrect.
