NV090 Weihrauch HW95K Project Part 2. Taking the gun back apart, spring and piston removal. Regret. 

Don't worry - it a good start to an upgrade rebuild. BTW, I generally use a cut down Allen Key as you did to remove the blocks, but use a suitable sized screwdriver behind and gently lever off the other side of the slot, which I find gives a very controllable force to the Allen Key. I also trim any 'flash' off the blocks, including the locating pins (they are die cast Alloy) prior to replacement, which enables their easier removal in subsequent strip downs. Keep up the good work :)

I'm glad that I'm not the only one that struggles with an HW95 disassembly, lol. The project is looking good 🙂👍. Also, all that extra power might be coming from the excessive grease.

🤣🤣🤣so reminded me of the 98 shot the safety out behind the tv cabinet and had to use a screw driver behind the cut off allen key to get those tags out . piston seal was ripped to bits but the gun had not been de burred so they was another job . wow that was a hell of a lot of Grease in there mate lest it would have kept the tin worm at bay . have you decided what kit your putting in . wise man with a spring clamp i used a pound coin and my weight on it out on the patio so no windows or tables broken . shooting at dawn utube content creator does s good job on showing how to strip and rebuild those triggers not to complicated but the look of it . must say i left mine alone just changed the blade for a more set back one as i found with my stubby fingers i had to really reach for the trigger . think that is going to turn out to be a nice little gun there 👍

Hi Nic, i mentioned a while ago that hull carteridge sometimes have used or slightly damaged stocks etc. well a local gun dealer called kit pongo the hogman in darlington has various second hand stocks in at the moment including Weihrauch. i just thought id give you the heads up buddy

Looks like it had an ox spring in it? Never used one they always looked a bit crude to me. It must have just been brute force making the power with a bad seel. I still think its going to be a good investment at the end. Good job 👏

In FPS what it the UK legal limet?

the trigger has 2 screws for adustment and one point you have to bend .fore a shorter first stage . i dont no what weihrauch was thinking to change the screwin endpiece concept
