This is why I want to thank all of the NWS meteorologists who work to keep us informed during such events

I just want to say that you guys did an awesome job, keeping the public informed with this devastating outbreak. It's so sad that lives were lost, but you undoubtedly saved many more with your timely warnings and updates. Thanks so much and keep up the good work!!

On these computers are AWIPS II CAVE. In fact I use the same software but on my Windows 10 ThinkPad.

The SPC is a separate entity, they work in the office next door to the Norman WFO. SPC does more big picture forecasting, while the local office is responsible for warnings.

This is why I want to become an NWS Meteorologist as a forecaster to becoming a warning coordination meteorologist also continue my journey to become an NSSL Research Meteorologist when I graduate with two bachelors of science degree one in Computer Science and Meteorology which I think it is important to me.
