That is a funny word for shoes, "sneakers". I guess this is a genre of generalized words I use that don't quite fit, but to say otherwise is strange. "Sneakers" I call tennis shoes. "Soda pop" I call Coke, regardless of the specific name it may have. Anyways, still looking for where to put my luggage during the days transition between airbnb's if anyone has a NYC app or place on the cheap to store my suitcase for several hours

You are so lucky to have a wonderful personality. Black people are always ticking me off so my personality is not so fun like yours. You can hear the joy and excitement in your voice. When I'm trying to enjoy downtown Chicago, black people are always down thier ticking me off. I can tell they don't do that to you. That's so negative for black people to tic me off when I'm trying to enjoy myself downtown. I'm surrounding my self with positive people. New York don't have men ticking you off do they? Men are always ticking me off in Chicago especially. And I want it to end.

The street in NYC is pronounced differently than the city. Trust me, when I first moved here I didn’t realize and got aggressively corrected right away LOL
