Probably the one immigrant group that brings happiness and dance wherever it goes. No forced conversions, no religion hate, they're there just for spreading some fun, colours and dance.

They are not really occypying the road; it is on road-side pavement. And yes, they need a permission from the city council before coming out for a procession. So, it is all good and done in a civilized way.
Yes it's beautiful however you can't block traffic, it's disrespect for fellow man. Had that been an American wedding the police would have stopped it ASAP.
