That album was such a let down. There’s some good songs on it but I literally can’t remember most songs off it. I think they tried to do too much at one time. They should have put out like a part 1 and part 2 each with a dozen or so short songs only featuring 3-4 artists on a track.
@@doodbro931 lol the album was a let down? That shit is one of my favourite albums of all time seeing that shit live was the best experience of my life maybe you should go listen to it front to back another 20 times
@@kparkz47 I loved Escape from New York but a lotta fans wanted the classic beast coast: boom bap, grimy beats, and that shit so I understand. Hopefully they go back to their core for their next project. For now tho it’s time for them to drop solo shit.
@@lilwayne8297 highly doubt their gonna do another beast coast album and if they do it’s gonna be in like 5 years, you cant except each new album to sound like their previous stuff especially when theirs 10 (9 excluding power p) people on the album and 3 different producers the album for me is everything I expected plus more that album really shows how deep all their roots really go not to mention them and their experimental sounds are amazing
@@jessepostma9733 Anne Frank hid in an attic above people’s heads and Denzel Curry is saying that his bars are so complicated they will go over peoples heads
@@MiguelAMH they sold out my guy the point of pro era was to open minds and spread free thinking through feel good raps, sadly nothing more but the past. (Pro era = progressive era)
Bro i know denzel is among the best lyricists in the game and Nyck Caution was not to be outshined at all he held his own and did his damn thing on this what a track
@@2valmusic Denzel is actually the one who got invited to this track an he killed it. I know every artist Denzel collab with he always kill the beat like it was his music
@@kendersonsainval4036 yeah but thats the thing though. Nyck invited denzel over to do denzel's style, much like Biggie invited Bone Thugs over, back in the day
This is the best boom bap rap any of these guys have made since nyck@knight. Please make more music like this guys. Survival tactics is the original goat of this style. Love it.
Nyck has got to have one of the most extensive vocabs in the game, especially at his age... I don't I've ever heard anybody spitting bars about Anne Frank
