If it holds Air wouldn't it be Water tight? And if they are tough enough to be used as a boats bumper or thrown in the ocean and withstand the elements. I'm sure a few punches wouldn't be a problem.

Looks good would like it more if you could fill it to the top. Saw other videos on large bag and they look a little under filled because fill tube isn't all the way on top.
I'm thinking about buying one. I'm stuck between the 9" 12" or 15". I want one that doesn't weigh more than eighty pounds, can withstand many blows, and moves around enough that I can chase it around and punch it. I would also like it to be sturdy enoug that I can land combos on it. Which size would you suggest for me?

You definitely can. But the thing is, a heavy bag is filled with rags or fabric or sawdust and overtime it tends to become compacted and hard. Now imagine filling it with sand which is harder and denser than rags or sawdust.
