Lama Tharchin Rinpoche provides history about the Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. The Nyingma are also known as the Old School. Rinpoche was the founding teacher at Pema Osel Ling in Northern California and was widely recognized as a dzogchen and mahamudra master. #Buddhism #Nyingma #Dzogchen
