I also got cheated i have placed order of 7 products worth 2700 nd they sent only 5 which are also wrong nd that five products worth only 1200 rs nd i mailed them, called them but they refused to accept that they said we have dispatched correctly we cant give u refund and cant accept return ☹️☹️
Hi, It happened with me as well. I ordered on pink summer sale, they didn’t delivered 4 items and instead of that they have sent cheap moisturiser and wow shampoo sample. I tried to connect with the customer service but they simply denied and didn’t even refunded. They are fooling people in the name of sale so it’s better to stop purchasing and buying it from the stores.
That’s why I again started using Amazon …. It happened with me 3 times and I lost my 4560 rupees . Just for missing and they didn’t refund me that’s kinda regret thing
I also received different products from what I ordered 3-4 times from nykaa bt every time they took the product n gave the refund but yester I received my package where it was supposed to be a faces canada blush bt I received faces Canada highlighter instead when i raised a return request they didn't approved it n when asked on customer care they said "your account is under investigation as too many returns created from your side" like seriously they send different products of same brand n then my account is under investigation I think their packing team needs to wear glasses... but good thing that happened was this time I recorded unboxing video

Nykaa gives fake offer, I ordered buy one get one free offer, I prepaid, in the application my pin has changed, that's not my fault, now they cancel my order & told to reorder, but the offer is gone, so disappointing.
I have experienced Fraudulent by Nykaa twice. One and a half years back RAS Gua Sha box was delivered to me without the product. Today products were not delivered but the status shows as delivered. Their customer service is horrible 😢

I ordered a MAC prime fixer+ but I received a damaged Packaging product then i replaced this .. and replace kar k jo mila mujhe mila us fixer ka texture peh wala se different hai ...pehle ka fixer skin mein achhe se absorb ho ja raha tha but isbar wala fixer ka texture thik se face pe lene se thik se suk nehi raha..MAC ka bohot din se sokh tha isiliye ek hi product le payi but pata nehi chal raha ye fake hai ya genuine... original Mac prime fixer+spray ka texture kaise hota hai pata kaise chale😭
