UFC Bantamweights Sean O'Malley and Marlon "Chito" Vera have had one of the more interesting rivalries in the promotion for several years. After a controversial victory for Vera in their first meeting at UFC 252, O'Malley discredited Vera's victory saying it was a fluke and that he was a better fighter than Chito. The trash talk between to the two has gone on for four years and at UFC 299 they rematched for the Bantamweight title with O'Malley winning by decision. After the fight the two still had animosity but somewhat showed respect for each other's fighting abilities. #seanomalley #chitovera #shorts #ufc

@@julianjay9640 Chito doesn't start slow. Chito doesn't start at all. He had 5 rounds and never went for the win at any point. That body shot only happened because Sean decided to stand and trade at the end of the fight. Without that Chito wouldn't have landed anything of note.

Almost forgot about that body shot. At a different time in the fight who knows... Sean seems to just be in the zone and can't lose. He sees everything. He is beatable though. We will see if this high level lasts for a couple years or like eight years like Anderson and izzy.

He is saying that he dropped O’Malley with a liver shot in the last second of the fight. Landed a perfect liver shot that took all the wind out of Sean, and then the bell rang and saved Sean, after the bell rang Sean immediately dropped to his knees and needed like a 15 second breather. Chito is saying if the bell wouldn’t have rang, he would have whooped O’Malley in those 15 seconds. You’re literally completely defenseless when a liver shot takes the wind out of you, so Chito would have put a nice beating on sean if it wasn’t for that bell.
