1 cup (100 grams) oatmeal.
Gradually pour in 100-200 ml of hot water.
The amount of water depends on the quality of the oatmeal.
Let it soak for 20-30 minutes.
Peel 100 grams of mushrooms and grate on a fine grater.
Peel 1 potato and grate on a fine grater.
Add mushrooms and potatoes to the oatmeal,
Garlic, salt, black pepper to taste.
Put the mixture in a heated pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides.
Place schnitzel on paper towel.
Serve with any side dish.
