Ingredients | For 350 ml container
4 tbsp of oatmeal flakes+ 200 ml of water.
Cook microwave for 2 minutes.
1 tsp of cocoa powder.
2 tablespoons of peanut butter.
100 gr of unsweetened greek yoghurt or cottage cheese.
20 gr of dark chocolate+1 tablespoons of milk.
Sprinkle cocoa powder to taste.
