Sir elasticity in wheat flour is due to glutelline. Gluten present in wheat but it is not responsible for elasticity. It's right I learn it from Biomolecules. Thanks to guide us always. Great respect 👍

when i take daliya + 1 banana +1 cup milk one or one and a half hour before workout i feel more energetic. because the complex carbs in wheat are of high quality than that of oats. for longer workouts (more than 1 hour) you should definitely take 1 cup daliya +1 banana instead of oats. वैसे भी हम तो Haryanvi हैं oats-vots से अपने को कुछ नहीं होता।😯🇮🇳
Namkeen dalia as my 2nd meal after workout doesnt give me any digestion issue. Infact it increases my metabolism i start to feel hungry after 30 mins of consuming a big bowl of dalia. But in pre workout i prefer 2 stale chapatis and black coffee because oats does a lot of bloating seriously as i workout in morning 5:30 am so i usually dont get much time to prepare pre workout meal. But if you are working out in evening then prefer oats 40 mins before workout.

If you want to know which is best flour mixture. It depends on your body type and how your stomach react with it. Coconut flour is also good and gluten free. But I'm a big fan of chapatis. Since when make Chapatis it feels like rubbery and hard to chew 😅 so i took my blender and put in some Chapati powder and blend it. Then i boil that powder with some water. Once it is boiled. And its cool down. i drink it the taste is the worst nightmare. Also stomach feels kinda heavy. I don't know its good or bad for you. But i guess its ok for me

Sir agar Gluten intolerant hain tabhi problem hoti hai warna nahi. A person suffering from Celiac Disease should avoid Gluten at all cost. 90% population In India are Gluten tolerant.
