Former US president Barack Obama may have been considered the best dancer among US leaders, but his moves haven't impressed South Africa’s president. Cyril Ramaphosa ribbed Obama during his address at the Nelson Mandela Annual Lecture, saying the former US president had nothing on Nelson Mandela, whose simple swaying and big smile became known as the 'Madiba Dance'

.I am NOT a conservative. However. IF your claim is that we are all equal and we all should be treated the same, WHY is it a good thing to have a black or a woman as president? I suppose you also believe Jim Crow laws were more important than the ideal of universal equality stated in the constitution? Because Jim Crow laws and Apartheid are synonymous to their respective countries. Also, if you actually know who Nelson Mandela is and what he did, you would know that instead of indicting or murdering the predominately white controlling class, he spared them. They became part of his idea for a better South Africa.

I doubt it. ever since apartheid ended people of all races have the freedom they have always deserved. yes we are not a perfect country and yes we do have problems but we are improving. that's all that matters at the end of the day. I'm proud of the South Africa that I live in when I hear about how South Africa was.
