False surrender is a war crime lol. It’s bad for both sides if someone does it cause then the enemy will never offer the option of surrender and will simply destroy all your men in the future Since then they can’t trust you if you say you want to surrender. Doing this is a good way to get a lot of your own men unnecessarily “ended” in the future.

I love how Ashoka’s face contorts to that unimpressed look and then Obi-Wan goes “Oh no, I’m enjoying this far too much.” Also the one where he pops up on Grievous’s monitor and starts trolling him “You know me too well” 😂 it’s interesting to think that if that one droid hadn’t yelled “General, behind you!,” the Clone Wars could’ve ended at least a year earlier. All they’d need to do is kill Dooku after that. Of course, Palpatine probably still wouldn’t have allowed that to happen even if that were the case

Obi-Wan's training may have not been good enough to prevent Anakin from falling to the dark, but it was still good. He and Anakin shared a really good thing in The Clone Wars. Scenes like these made Obi-Wan's "You were my brother, Anakin" line really resonate - because he was.

Ok so when obi wan "died" it was because he couldn't help Luke anymore, like how yoda "died" when Luke's training was complete, and actually obi wan didn't technicaly die he just disappeared like how Luke did in star wars the last jedi.
