Just gonna commemorate 1:23:22 When I said goodnight to Micky and he said he'll wake me up with screamin 😂 awesome first stream to catch, you're an absolute legend my guy
The entire "The world is just a dream of some god and Vivec knows about it" brings one interesting theory: The moment the Dwemer activated the Numidium they realised that, stopped believing in their own existence, and deleted themselves from reality.
1:21:00 You can get an ASUS NVMe expansion card for about $50 USD that plugs into a PCI-E slot. Get one of those and put your old NVMe card onto it and have 3 extra NVMe slots for future expansion, plug it into a PCI-E slot, and put your side panel back on and call it good. Then in the future when you get a new PC you can transfer over 4 storage drives at once.
1:05:50 Oh, that's where you get Chilldrend in oblivion, that's what's up. Yeah you get the same sword in Skyrim during the thieves guild quest, in Mercer Frey's house, so I'm assuming he stole it from him. 😅
I love your streams; they are always so relaxed and they make me happy. I hate that Twitch deletes your streams after a while tho, I take it streaming on youtube is not as good?
It's not that "all goes back" with Bethesda games. They just get progressively more lacking - each more disappointing than the las one and even more so compared to the next to last. It's a downhill slide. Worlds are usually great and easy to get lost in, but writing and the RPG core just gets worse and worse with each release.
Honestly I found Oblivion's world, Oblivion's version of Cyrodiil, aggressively uninteresting. That's why it was the one TES (not counting things like Battlespire, or things like TESO or Blades which I haven't played) that I couldn't get into.
@@satqurPlaying The Elder Scrolls III first and seeing Morrowind (Vvardenfell, Mournhold and Clockwork) and Solstheim and all the lore was wonderful, and I had high hopes for The Elder Scrolls IV and seeing the lore in Cyrodiil and all. I don't think I can describe my disappointment.
Protip for both Morrowind and Oblivion: just get a mod for +5 attribute per level if you have at least +1 skill up. Seriously, it's all it takes to fix Oblivion's atrocious leveling and turn it into a smooth, pleasant system. Less so for Morrowind, but it adds a bit of streamlining to make things less tedious.
Yeah, Oblivion leveling can be just fine if you level properly. As in, use combat skills. Morrowind's leveling is less of an issue, but it's also character skill and not player skill that matters, with lots of calculations in the back.
@@HappyBeezerStudios unpopular opinion: I think modern crpgs did the right thing with lightening all those mechanics a bit. Forcing a certain type of gameplay just to fit into the meta is a trait of the good old titles, but in first person it just doesn't compose all that well. I mean don't get me wrong, I can play any system, but after so much time it becomes a set of things you must do to get a certain outcome, feels more like a chore.
Ima fan of fallout 4 over new vegas and skyrim over morrowind and oblivion. yeah i get the fallout 4 openion isent he most common but i love it. oblivion is my second fav Elder scrolls game. morrowind is my least. i know ur a big fan of morrowind micky. So i appalagys if my openions arnt urs but u do make morrowind look fun agien. for me it did not age well at all. when i first played it. It blew my mind. Then oblivion came out and set the bar higher. Then skyrim set it even higher for me. Overall im not saying bethsida can do no wrong but i love their games and ill probly supportem untill the do somthen Unthinkably bad.
I would say they all have their strengths and weaknesses. And what FO4 does really well is improving combat. And just as with Skyrim the world is just great to explore. Sure, the writing isn't as good as in the earlier games, but the feeling of just being able to roam around is it's own strength.
Thanks for telling me about @callmelaim Or however you spell it the night fire 🔥 speed runner I saw you were in chat 💬 and how do I get into steam is this on twitch ? I’ve never used it before
