Obscure Sega Saturn Fighting Games! - YoVideogames 

Y'all gotta play the Arcade version of Groove on Fight. The Saturn version is a decent port, but the arcade version has like...Garou-level animation.

Groove on fight is Power instinct 3.

Don't blame Simmons honestly. Groove on fight doesn't have the same charm as the earlier games in the Goketsuji/Power Instinct series

I'm so glad I suggested Anarchy in the Nippon the night Max got the MODE up in running stream, hopefully a staple throwback game in future streams down the road.

I don't know if I'd call Power Instinct obscure, but I guess the fact that the 3rd game didn't get released outside Japan & that there hasn't been a new Power Instinct game in a long time might have contributed to the obscurity.

Anarchy in the Nippon: The "Dong Dong" characters at 15:00 in are BunBun Maru and Ikebukuro Sarah, who were both high ranking Japanese VF2 players who actually had a hand in designing this game. BunBun was a feared Wolf player and well... the other shouldn't be a surprise. :P Shinjuku Jacky and Kashiwa Jeffrey were the other two. All 4 had earned the title "Tetsujin" for the sheer win streaks they each held. :)

I still don't buy consoles if they have expected features like playing online behind a pay wall. Even if that means not having anything else but old consoles and pc. If people rejected those bs services they wouldn't exist. Specially when you're paying for online and it's always worse than PC's online...
