I agree the investment visa is the best way. Not this having a baby or being desperate to get married, student visa or begging for a work visa that only last 2 years. $100-125k and buy an apartment and you don’t have no more rent and you are a permanent resident!

I'm a huge fan of earning more money, and I think everyone should have a side hustle. Side hustling can allow you to earn that little bit of extra money that can help you achieve your financial goals faster - whether it's paying off student loans or saving for retirement.

You are right. I also started my journey towards actualizing Financial independence. I am sick off earning from only one source especially 9-5daily. But I am having a tough time finding a good investment adviser. Seeing your testimonies, I believe that you achieved this through a good tactical means. I hope you don't mind sharing information on how you made it possible?

@@jarrettmacurdy3612 I don’t really believe in luck. I learn from one of the best. Gaining from investing is possible if only you can control you emotions, always sticking to the original plan ( cutting your greed to acquire more profit with a particular trade). I had a similar experience in the beginning until I met a professional her name is Jane Polidoro Page she is quite popular for her services, she made me financially stable investing through her help now I earn on a monthly basis... So I’ll advise you do get a good Investment advisor for yourself. I

You can also try a Digital nomade Visa, wich gives you way more time to spend than the tourist Visa.

I have a question. We are looking into a small farm, $200,000US. This will be for my whole family: dad, mom, wife, kids. Does this mean we can ALL get the investment VISA? How does that work?
@thebrazilianexpat4041
@thebrazilianexpat4041 7 месяцев назад
I’m not sure if an investment visa will cover the entire family. It’s a good question though, something I never thought about, however I would thing a visa will only be valid for one person, however I could be wrong.

YES, you need to do it then, because you will be fined for overstaying your VISA after thee 10 days and the process can take a very long time.

Thanks for the video! Do you get temporary or permanent resident status with the investment? Some are saying that you start off with temporary resident status for 4 years before converting to permanent resident status. They are conflicting information. Hopefully someone can share theur experience?!

Brigado for your content! Retirement visa question: I am 57 and will retire soon with a Government pension. Does that $2,000 dollars have to be deposited every month into a Brazilian bank or just proven that I am receiving it? Thank you!

Thanks for the feedback! You don’t have to deposit anything, just prove that you are receiving enough funds from your pension to live comfortably here ☺️

As of 2022. Your Golden. I’m right behind you. The thing is, All countries all over the world change there Visa laws every year. Colombia, for whatever reason has made it more difficult to get a long term visa. You would think they would want people with $$ to live there. But they don’t. 🤷‍♂️

I am Brazilian (even though I live in the US, I did the other way around haha). But I know how my country works haha. They will not require the $2000 deposited, but they’ll probably require an official document proving you get $2000 a month from retirement. Btw… $2000 a month is good money in Brazil, while here in the US I can’t think of a place you could afford with that.

Your information is helping me in a way. I'm landing in Sao Paulo. I don't know which part of Brazil is suitable for me to explore. My main concern is safety. Brazil is a huge country, can you suggest which state is suitable.

I think you could recognize your marriage in a Brazilian embassy/consulate, maybe this could spare your having to go thorough a process of visitng/living in the country. But I am clueless about it, honestly.
