Oh yeah, not all babies have marks in their early days. Personally, we have not come across that situation with our kids. Best to check directly with their customer care over phone. They are very prompt. Would be great if you could let us know what they say! Much thanks!

uuu ...we got it done from the same photo studio which we went to took our baby's photo for OCI. Frankly we don't know if OCI would reject because of lack of clarity in the finger print. They should actually consider the age of the baby into consideration logically.

No extra envelopes required. Its optional to pay the return fee if you are able to pick it up in person. We opted the pickup and drop service of bls.

We can apply. We are both PR holders with Indian citizenship. Both of us have not become Canadian citizens yet. But we still applied OCI for our child as he was born in Canada and is a Canadian citizen.

Once we figure out our CRS and which migration stream suits us best, you need two things to be able to do it by yourself. Time and Patience. - Time to go through your documents to check for spelling errors and mismatches. - Patience to understand the process by referring to online resources like our videos, for example. Nope. Originals not needed in Toronto. From what we recall vaguely it was Vancouver region in Canada that requires some originals.
