Do you often help new anglers to the area? I'm trying to move the the Escambia area, and will be taking a week+ vacation there this summer to scout science/biology/ecology opportunities and will be doing a LOT of kayak fishing while I'm there. Just happened to find your channel and already am hooked. Pun intended.
Thank you! I'm glad you found my channel! I have helped others with information on tactics and techniques for targeting fish. I try and point them in the right areas based on time of year and what's biting. I rarely have a chance to link up with other anglers because my schedule isn't the best and some trips I'm lucky if I can hit the water for at least an hour. I'm located closer to the Destin area. If you have questions shoot me a message on IG. I just updated the link on my channel page. The handle is @oa_fishing_ if you just want to look it up.
Moving to Pensacola in couple weeks. I've been studying up on all your videos, getting my Oldtown and gear setup can't wait to hit the water down there.
Dam bro you should start doing kayak fishing classes in the local area. I'd pay for that tbh. Can't imagine going out there on the gulf like that on a kayak, I'd be scared I run into a bull shark.
Thanks bro! I appreciate the support! I need to quit my day job and go full fishing to be able to do that. I do my best to share my fishing experience and knowledge through RU-vid. I personally would rather fish out of a kayak. I like the challenge. Also, I have yet to have a dangerous encounter with a shark, although I do know there is a chance of it happening. You should check out my bull shark vid ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-H24iLvr12nU.html which is the first time I've come that close to a bull shark.
Awesome video. This weekend will be my first inshore trip on my kayak. Really excited to try some reef fishing after watching these videos. Looks super fun
Awesome day out brother!!! Those dolphin were really cool!!! I guess there use to stealing fish from fishermen!!! Keep doing what your doing brother and continue to be blessed out there
Thanks bro! Yeah those dolphin love following kayaks just hoping to get a fish. Usually they wait until the fish is released to chase it, but not this time lol. I'll keep grinding bro!
I'd love to learn about near shore kayaking. Everyone tells me to find a buddy to go with the first few times. Any tips on weather, wind direction, gear etc? And do you have a way to contact you other than YT comments?@@oafishing
