As long one of your characters have Cover and a Cleric that can give Reflect, Warmaster will survive.

Really? I always found the first phase to be a pretty simple endurance battle. Specially if your healer has an anti thunder damage acessory. 1st phast damage is easily manageable with Saving's grace as well.

@@devinnix9071 To be honest, I recently found out that saving grace isn't actually that much needed for 1st phase. My Sorceress Primrose with a thunder acessory survived the entire thing with high enough elemental def, while skipping on Saving Grace so she could focus on boosting her damage to the highest level possible with skills. She made short work of ghosts in 1 turn, thus making saving grace completely unecessary for her and most characters.

You can do it, don't give up.

It is legitimately one of the toughest battles I have ever played in a JRPG. It took me years to beat Galdera and had to go play several other JRPGs to get past his first phase.

Same. He remains my toughest challenge in any RPG I've ever played. And all i gotta say is FINALLY!! There is actually still a game out there that I actually have that will CHALLENGE me!! It's about damn time! I haven't played the game in a long while but I remember I was able to take down his first phase and make at least a little dent in his second. It was brutal.

There a somewhat consistent strategy but the second phase is just rng

Galdera is harder in 2, but characters are more OP in 2

@@eduardomora5244 well yeah but that wasn't what I said. In the first game I struggled way more with the first phase than the second phase. In the second game I was blitzing the first phase and struggling way more with the second phase

@@IosLocarth yeah, i Lost to 2s 2nd phase like 4 times, got the hang of phase 1 quicker

@@knightartorias8755 Yeah, I did that. The Forest is the best place that gives EXP especialy when Cait spawns

I could have done the same thing by using Sorcerer Cyrus, But I was feeling very meh to do that and just Cheesed with Warmaster. I wonder if the 1 HP passive works on Sorcerer.

Im not sure if it does either.

@@Ch0pperized I've played the game, and it's possible to one-shot Galdera once you've gotten rid of the blade, maw and lyblac and with the right set up. Stop trying to act all high and mighty.
