And you'll know even truer terror when you see, "The Sorcerous Energies Within The Wailing Soul Are About to Burst!" going into the fight completely blind.
I think 0:39 - 0:50 needs a revision, it seems to be more like: "ipse rapti, ipse partum. raptum ipse, rapti partum. ipse rapti partum. ipse venti partum, ignis partum" which I think would roughly translate to: "These were taken, these have left*. Taken, these were, taken from birth. These were taken from birth. These were born of wind**, born of fire" *note that the word "partum", while typically meaning "departed", may also be used as an euphemism for childbirth. ** Knowing the different possible uses of the word "partum", and how the word "venti" (wind) could easily be confused with "ventri" (womb), it's plausible it might actually be "ipse ventri partum", or "these have left the womb", in which case the double meaning of "partum" would be acknowledged as both "departure" and "childbirth"
This completely blew me away. I haven't actually played the first Octopath, but just completed the 2nd yesterday (and Galdera) and I wanted to compare the music. Insane how good this track is. The opera completely nails it.
The second game is amazing in it's own right but I am begging you to go play the first one RIGHT NOWWW I've played both and love them almost equally but the first's soundtrack is just so much more idk it just makes me FEEL things lol. The riverlands especially- I listen to it to calm down.
@@LuperisNone I have never heard of gwost and I am absolutely sure that is not a Latin word. I'm fairly sure it's a different word, but I'd have to listen very carefully

You have seen a wild heart, From you, you yourself from the gods, I have come from here, surrounded by pearls, It is vain to open one’s heart to the heart of death. You, you, I saw you end, You are returning from heaven From the heart, you have seen the brave in vain. I pray that you will pass through the gates.
@@fatnootz3466 It isn’t bad. But I have always been a person who loved song, especially boss music, without vocals. Again, love the song and with vocals it is still amazing. But I would love a versions without it.
