You might remember Travis from our video with Toni's little brother Trevor that we filmed in their family pizza shop in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin - Sunshine Soiree. We were lucky to be able to catch up with Travis while he was in Los Angeles for a few days and got to play some tunes with him, including this cover of The Beatles's Octopus's Garden. Oh what joy to play this song on a couch! :)

Happy Sunday morning, all! I've been wanting to do this one for a long time and Toni and I were lucky enough to have our friend Travis swing by and play this song and a couple others with us while he was in the neighborhood! Most excellent. 👍 Now, on to suggestions... You haven't done a CCR cover, as far as know, for maybe obvious reasons, such as that no one has ever done a CCR cover that I've heard and would listen to a second time. Well, maybe Tina Turner with Proud Mary, but that almost transcends the meaning of "cover". _But,_ I think you could pull off Lodi. Either as a duo, or a full band.

I have a particular fondness for Ringo's songs, and the sillier Beatles song both. Great cover, lovely harmonies which are great to have on a Beatles cover, they're an underutilized in covers part of what they did well. I always love it when Toni harmonizes, and Travis' voice fits in very well. Was he in that great video(s?) with Toni's Brother?

Saw ringos all star band in madison square garden in the 90s... me and my girlfriend at that time... he did this song for Encore.. Joe Walsh on lead guitar.. Leven on drums. .. Clarence clemens on sax.... the closest I got to seeing the Beatles. .. am 58.. learning guitar. . Never to late... reina and toni thanks for getting me through this pandemic. .. thanks

Calling all semi-pro level musicians - THIS is how you do it. No rambling false-modesty at the start, no extra promotions at the end. Simple arrangements and harmonies, well worked out. Balanced sound levels, with no special effects. I can't tell you how RARE that all is ,,,

I love Reina and Toni, but the solo is almost note for note George Harrison’s solo from the original version and the harmonies are the Beatles. Great cover, but credit where credit is due. After all, Ringo and George wrote the song.

Happiest song of all by this group. Travis says it all in his face and bouncin' on his seat. Toni with that ever-so-nice lead simple and classy. Reina with the melody. Kudos. Nice harmony, better than a recorded studio song. Doesn't have to be complex, things can be simplified and yet be so entertaining and wholesome.
