Buildings with no windows are usually oil rigs in cities, yes that's a thing. Or just data places where servers are They can also be cia or fbi related but usually just places with sensitive information which can't be seen.

I knew someone who worked in a high level clearance for the Gov't & he said the floors he was on had no windows. He said windows can cause a leak of sensitive info because there's technology that let's you point a dish at a window & from far away it can read the vibrations from the window of anybody talking & transform that back into audio for the person spying.

Buildings with no windows are usually telecommunications or other similar to keep out interference. The one in NYC is AT&T I believe and it's the bridge if all hell breaks loose and communications drop from EMF or similar devastation

I turned on the shower once and there was this little thing of hair or fur like a small bit of peach fuzz was by the drain so I try to rinse it down. It doesn’t rinse I splash it, it doesn’t rinse I try to just grab it, and it tenses under my fingers and wiggles into the drain. Not scary but weirded me out so much.
