This anime is 10/10 for me last episode was insane

That whole chat about social media between the hippo and odakawa is gold if feels so real and tha lt blurred face joke is hilarious

Top tier show, I recommend that you should go in as blind as possible for maximum enjoyment. Either way, the dialogue is fantastic in a Tarintino-esque way and had me compelled until the last second of the final episode.

9:32 - Spoilers Me (watching this scene for the first time): Lol, he can't see even though he's a taxi driver Me (re-watching this scene after watching the last episode: Oh my god! The fact that they foreshadowed Otokawa not being able to "see" properly in the very first episode was absolutely brilliant! It came across as a funny joke about how the old cab driver has trouble seeing, but the meaning was so much deeper. How Otokawa viewed and perceived the world was fundamentally different from everyone else. This is what makes this anime a masterpiece, the fact that it foreshadowed something so vital to the story so early on in a discrete way that no one would notice at first glance.

This anime entered my top 10 recently! And not many do that... When/If this gets a Blu-Ray release, it's getting bought immediately like Fry.

I actually remember last year when I binged watched this show but that around when episode 11 cause it was better than waiting for an episode every week

17:34 The subbed version says ""Don't go to the police, though" for this line, which strongly implies that the cop is acting outside of his authority and doesn't want the other cops to know he confiscated the data. So I'm not sure why the dub changed it to "This stays between us" which doesn't really imply that at all.
