Alright, alright. Let me just clear up some dreadlocks myths real quick. First of all, you can wash your hair. You actually have to bc the itching is so insufferable just like any other type of hair. Usually once a week. Second you don't need to buy a dreadlocks approve shampoo, just find a decent one that doesn't have ingredients that leave precipitates. Third, it is possible to undo dreads its just takes a REALLY long time. Most people just cut it BC its easier and are probably tired of having a head full of hair for so many year. Lastly, its very convenient to have dreadlocks. No need to comb or cut your hair. Wash once a week and re-twist every 4 to 6 weeks. And if you re-twist them yourself you save a lot of money in the long run. Okay I'm done with my rant. Just felt the need to debunk those myths. Great episode of OffTopic tho.

Geoff, I used to say things like that when I was younger, but I didn't fully understand the impact that they had on others. I don't think that it's through any direct fault of your own, but just know that you've helped a lot of us in the community to laugh and smile and escape depression, and you're like a father to all of us.

To be fair Millie does have a point about not wanting to tell Geoff things. She is getting to an age where her and her friends are able to actively watch content with her dad and Geoff does have a knack for spilling very personal stories so I can understand where she is coming from. She is also getting at that age where she will be difficult just for the sake of being difficult so she may be becoming bitter about Geoffs online role.

I love this podcast. A couple of technical notes... The audio seems a bit low. I was listening to the audio podcast on my phone and had to crank it all the way up. Thought it was just my phone. Now I'm finishing it by watching the video and the audio is still low, compared to other videos I've watched today. Lastly, is there any way you can distribute this podcast through the new Google Play Music podcast system? There are other RT podcasts on that platform. Cheers

I feel kind've bad laughing at depressed Geoff, but it's just so funny in a pathetic way. Imagining his ten year old daughter, with no trace of sarcasm or petulance, telling him he's not the best dad is hilarious. Its something out of a bleak comedy, hopefully Millie comes around to loving Geoff more in the future.

Why does everyone keep talking about how crazy it is for Marisa Tomei to play an aunt? She's fucking 51 years old! Especially to a 15 year old kid (that's how old Spidey is in the movie). My aunt is also a grandma and she just turned 50, it's really not that odd for her to play that role. She just looks really good for 51 but it's an accurate age range.

it's so cool that the day 5 trailer came out just days before I listened to one of the first livestreamed podcasts where they mentioned shooting it. I literally had no idea what they meant, but now that I realized that, I'm so excited. It's so cool to see how things change over time

47:40 I get what they're saying. It happens to me recently when playing Sunset Overdrive. I just turn the controller off and then turn it on again and it works fine. Doubt anyone of them will get this, let alone it works with every app or game, but hey, thats my solution.

According to Wikipedia, Cornhole was originally from Germany, but it started in America in Kentucky, and is popular in that area. I was born, raised, and currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and I've never heard of it until this video. If you had asked me before today what cornhole was, I would have probably guessed it was a euphemism for anal sex.
