Actually, France was extremely well prepared. If they had the opportunity, Germany wouldn't have ever enter France. Germany used their railway system to move all their troops to France in less than a day which is why they fell so damn fast.

1:12:15 During the male birth control pill test they didn't stop because the guys didn't like having mood-swings, they stopped it because a guy became infertile and one guy killed himself. Buzz feed just took the "mood-swing" side effect and ran with it.

The suicide was determined to be unrelated to the shot. And one guy out of 320 is not bad. Plus, it was said that his sperm count just took a while to raise back up, I saw nothing definitive about him staying infertile.

The suicide was what caused most of the guys to drop out of the test because they were not sure if it was related. They still stopped it for that reason until the evidence on the suicide came in. As for the infertile thing I'm glad the guy is alright, I was told he was indefinitely infertile. I'm sorry if it sounds like I was bitching in my comment, I genuinely want everything to work out. It just makes me mad that some news outlets called men "Wimps" for dropping out, I mean I would drop out too if a guy fucking killed himself and we had no idea why.

Actually, scientists halted the birth control pill because of side effects. It was not because too many people dropped out, but one guy actually killed himself. The suicide has not been definitively linked to the pill, but it's always good to err on the side of caution when we're talking about science.

I just went back and watched the previous podcast and watched that specific moment in slow mo. Ryan hit the pumpkin sideways away from Gavin and towards Michael. It was ultimately his fault. Gavin did a bad job as well but if Ryan punched directly at Gavin the pumpkin wouldn't have gone anywhere.

The spontaneous things on extra life are the best ones. Or at least I think they were made up on the spot. Like Meg bullying Ryan into getting rid of his shoes. Gus getting... Well plastered. The mac and cheese incedents Adam appearing Matt and Jeremy kissing Etc I like the big goals and the planned stuff, but I hope you guys leave enough room for weird shit to be added in so that poor employees can be peer pressured in to shit by 1000s of people xD. I'm sure it is going to be great again. Jack and whoever else helps plan it have hit it out of the park every year.

Something that doesn't come up about the punching incident: Ryan just let his fist bounce off the pumpkin, which caused it to move. You're supposed to punch THROUGH the target, like it isn't even there.

When they were setting up the pumpkin punch, Gavin tells Ryan to come in from a certain angle and Ryan does so its all Gavins fault he holds pumpkins by placing his hands together and backing up the pumpkin instead of holding them, He doesnt catch monitors from falling, he breaks beer taps, theres no more ketchup in my fridge, and theres no more oreos in my cupboard. What has this world come to!!!!

The difference in bacon between the US and most other countries is the actual cut. The US most commonly uses cuts from the belly of the pig whereas most other countries default to cuts from the pigs back and is generally less fatty

As for remastered games I agreed with Gavin that Skyrim looked the same; until I went back into my 360 Skyrim character to refresh my memory on skill tree setup and realized juts how much better the special edition of that game is. Literally everything is so much higher res and way more detailed. I honestly can't say enough good things about the Skyrim remaster.

gav; they didn't drop out the scientist pulled the study because it was not going to pass fda approval; they will adjust the pill and relaunch it (because that's the normal posses for pill creation). also someone died by suicide and one of the known side effects was mood swings so pending an investigation it would be crazy to continue the study.

As a Swedish person, most people I know like both jam and butter on toast, including myself. Though I also know a lot of people who choose to go for just jam since it's less calories but about as good.
