I found it to be ironic and hilarious @ the same time , Ironic that an attractive women like her would have to splay herself around so provocatively , and hilarious in the way it shocked the temp girl into a submissive roll so quick, well done skit ! Obviously taken from a real life occurrence , with exaggerated behavior.

You're not wrong, but it could also be viewed as Rachael hoping that Cheri might lose interest in her sexually; she's just a temp, after all -- a subtle metaphor for her place in the social hierarchy and her sexual market value. The joke within the joke is that Cheri is too daft to understand this implicit dynamic, just like she's too daft to understand that her behavior in the office is inappropriate, just as to be explicit about social hierarchy is generally inappropriate. So, the temp must remind Cheri in a literal way -- which plays on the overarching gag that Cheri is literal with her explanations of her sexual innuendo.

yea i was even thinking, what?! at some of the stuff she was saying and i am not opposed to raunchy comedy. she also had that other character she played opposite Kattan where they always pawed at each other.

Look up the "Penis" sketch from the early nineties. Matthew Broderick is the guest performer and it has him, Dana Carvey, Kevin Nealon, and others playing characters on a nude beach.

That was dang hot n hilarious.
