Warlord or counselor which one is better ?

I was just made a R4 counselor in my alliance. And I’ve only been playing the game for 7 days so I’m lost as to what I’m supposed to do.

A Counsellor normally does Territory Management, resource allocation, event planing etc. But your R5 should verify this.

so what is saint in charge of, why is it a title, what do they do except for normal officer things?

Saint should be doing Alliance Resource Pits, and getting the Alliance Skill Fully Loaded and Natures gift read so when the king uses the Kingdom Buff for gathering, everyone can have massive farming boosts.
