I already took the officer role as big task, but after watching your video I realized what an honor and how important it is, not only for my leader, but also for players who have never played before👍🏻🥳
Love the video. I do however believe for a healthy alliance officer should rotate leadership since they are an extension of the leader and it makes it feel like everybody supported the team and there's no dictatorship, just teamwork I find this to be key in running a very successful alliance in the long run... Especially during kvk.
Rotating R5 can be a good thing to lighten the load of the original R5 during KvK and even practiced during peace time. However there needs to be minimum requirements met in order to do so, one would not transfer R5 to an R4 who has only just been promoted or there for a short period of time in most cases. Consistency & trust need time to be established.
You can also feel used if promoted then demoted. If it is a public policy from the beginning though to rotate, then people expect that and it should be fine. Just my 2cents.
