I keep coming back to this cutscene over and over again because it’s absolutely devastating when Nikolai sees his other self, drinking away the pain of his wife’s death. He’s been there before, and it hurts him to see him like that again. God damn Treyarch, Aether may be over but I’ll never stop playing.

As much as I love WaW-Bo2 zombies (Bo2 being my personal favorite run) there’s no denying that Bo3 was the peak of zombies. Every new map, the lead up to it’s release and everything, just felt so god damn *amazing* . I don’t like using the word, but the Bo3 run of zombies was hugely epic, in the truest definition of the word. You can tell they still cared about the game mode so much at this time. I don’t want to talk bad about the other Zombies leads, and not everyone enjoyed his map style (his style did have flaws) but man, after Blundell left, I feel like he took a lot of the passion for Zombies with him.
