The child is Slim Shady... A reference to "these are the results of a thousand electric volts... nurse we're losing him, check the pulse!" From the first album. Another reference to the first album is the color scheme and font. Also the first verse of Houdini is literally the exact story in this trailer as far as him saying he was born with horns and a fork tongue etc.

This also correlates to another line from the first album "A premature birth that was 4 minutes late!" typically premature births need to be resuscitated.
