I actually met at Taquita when I was in a homeless shelter. She was there passing out food. Her and her best friend. She was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met!
Laurie Anne absolutely treated Taquita terrible for no reason. She was so sweet and talented. She would have been a great TV personality. I could see her hosting red carpet events.
I think it was more of her being like take this seriously. Taquita was fun and full of energy and often those people can be difficult to teach or have them gain focus. And MOST dance teachers are rude for no reason lol.
@@kashking2276 taquita legally was an adult yes, but she was a child. She was 18. There are ways to grow thick skin on someone and there are ways. I still think Laurie was giving mamma bear energy and more like a teacher being like FOCUS.
Aubrey Danity I forgot about that “you have an extra person” comment. Kelli was an extra she couldn’t dance and he knew she wasn’t going in the group, Melissa couldn’t sing he knew she wasn’t gonna make that bad. Taquita was better than both of them and a few more people.
@Amélie Vouteau that wasn’t the case. They were split into two groups. The other group had 5 members. This group had 6 members with Taquita being the “extra” member for this group as she was picked last.

I look back at ANTM and it’s the same lol! There’s always a girl that worked for a celeb and sign up for reality tv after that gig is over and there’s no more work, so their ego gets big and think the already made it by “teaching” the contestants tips, but always get cut in the end.
Ikr, istg they had it out for Taquita the ENTIRE show, girl was always on point, had tons of personality, and was definitely good enough to make the group, but all they did was clown her and make fun of her

And dirty money was number 1 and so was 2 of the dk albums and her vocals were on every song unlike Aubrey. What album of Aubrey went number one or even made the charts. What tours have she have or been on? Aubrey haven’t been the same since she had got her titties, butt, and lips done. The way Aubrey act she lucky she only got a punch. Until you come with facts, and some truth and not an attitude thru the internet you can have a nice life.
Its sad that this young girl is holding her whole family...... what the heck are the adults doing ? Its not her responsibility to take care of them, they should be taking care of her!

I was listening to an interview that Aubrey did, and she was saying she was being told she didn't have the boobs and butt to make it in the industry. They kept telling her things that made her question her self confidence.

Diddy is a weak and scared man child. He hides his insecurities and self worthlessness with extreme manifestations of power and aggresion. As soon as Aubrey challenged that he got mad. He needs human lambs around him to not challenge his shaky persona.
When Taquita broke down my heart broke for her. To feel like you have to be the bread winner for your family is so hard. I really want her to make it. Whether I’m the group or not.

Sad Taquita felt she had to support her family at 18 years old. I've seen this in other families where the parents keep having kids and the older ones have to be a third parent. Sometimes the ONLY parent. Usually ends in 2 ways: 1. They end up having a lot of kids themselves ... early, and repeat the cycle. 2. They don't want any kids.

3:59 - LaurieAnn is hilarious, but I actually felt for Taquita because I know how much goes into these type of rehearsals: What it’s like to not be present, but have society expecting that one give 150% when it’s not realistic when dealing with personal limitations.
Denosh would be better as a performance coach than in a group. I’m wondering if Taquita has a disability. It seemed like she had difficulty processing corrections and staying focused.
Yea I was thinking ADD... I have it and I zone out and yawn all the time. Im usually more focused if its something I love unless I'm exhausted. Then Im less focused than the average person.
We treat our kids the worse. It's not the responsibly of an 18 year old to Carey the entire family. They need to get up and find their own way. We're not the husband, or boyfriend.
