4:08 proves that dawn was telling the truth about faking not being able to sing high for tv. She did an interview where she said they made her pretend she couldn’t hit high notes and was struggling vocally for a story line during the sleep on it sessions. She was belting high with no effort
What, exactly, are you saying proves that Dawn was being honest?? I mean, after alll these years since everything went down with the ladies.. I must say that I am still very much lost as to what to think about it all, & who to believe over who. That being said, I'm curious to see what you meant by your comment..
there are plenty of artists/bands in the music business who don't dance or have tons of gimmicks. they write good songs, get on stage, and play/sing them. thats real music.
Aubrey can sing but we have to understand that certain genres fit people’s voices. Aubrey and Shannon are not “Vocalists” they are singers. Pop/Country and maybe even rock will suit their voices better. Not really a belter
As a avid DK fan, seeing the 5, DK4 and DK3, meeting them, i love them so much and how Aubrey, Drea and Dawn fought for it. We will always be there when they come back. However, I'm not even in the damn band and the damn BOOM KAK, BOOM KAK AND A 1 2 BOOM KAK 5 6 BOOM KAK. BOOM KAK FOR YOUR LIFE GIRLS will haunt me. Cant imagine them. Lol
Colipopkola they basically pretend they aren't very good at a certain aspect of the performance...like singing or doing a dance step....struggling and then overcoming. Diddy does that to all of them and they all magically defeat their weakness
Again...15 years later and guess what...Aubrey, Dawn and Shannon are fighting for DK3...so... In the end...they are DK. Drea and the liar D. Woods gave up on it... Period.
